Should pakistan reduce the period of parliament to 4 years from 5 ?

My question from all members should we reduce the time of Govt to 4 years like in USA or it should stay in power till 5 years ?

Yes, kyu k 4 saal may hukumat k achay ya buray honay ka pata lag jata hai. Aur agar government achi ho toh woh phr say re-elect ho sakti hai. No dictatorship is a curse, Quaid told us way back that way forward is through democracy and Military role should be limited to working on the policies crafted by elected Govt. It was his foresightedness that today after 65 years of humiliation we are adopting the same route.

Pakistan has been back-stabbed by both Persians and Arabs. Like a curse from God Iran and Saudia are tearing the Muslim world apart with Iran following the Irani (not Persian) interest while Saudia following the Saudi interest (not even Arab). In the guise of Islamic Shariah Khilafat movement we have nutcases like TTP and Hizb e Tehrir breaking down Pakistan as a state. To follow a system like Khilafat Pakistan should be extremely strong as such a move will invite trouble from every Muslim and Non-Muslim country.

The first gift from Nutty revolution of Iran was that they instigated the Shi'ite population against the Pakistani state, the gifts from Arabs are today in front of us and have not truly blossomed yet. Pakistanis in general will get a first hand taste of Arabs once they start using their assets against Pakistan (which they still do but to a lesser degree). We need to purify Pakistan from these foreign elements or we will be the next Afghanistan, in such a situation our interest is in laying low and silently increasing the human capital of Pakistan while creating an atmosphere of unity and co-operation amongst different lingual and racial groups of Pakistan. If God forbid Pakistan fails no one of us will find any shelter in Afghanistan, Iran or Arab world.
