This is one of the section which makes the constitution against the injunctions of Islam.

It is a fallacy among common people that Pakstani constitution including the Preamble is Islamic but infact its not.

KARACHI: Dubai police have denied reports that Shahrukh Jatoi, the main accused in the Shahzeb Khan murder case, has been arrested in the United Arab Emirates, the Gulf News reported on Tuesday.

According to the published report, a police official told Gulf News that Jatoi had not been arrested in Dubai.
The police official said that if Pakistan wanted to arrest a suspect in Dubai, a note of the arrest warrant from Interpol should be received by local authorities.

The report further quoted the official as saying that if Jatoi were arrested, it would be announced by Dubai Police
According Pakistani media reports earlier on Tuesday, Jatoi was arrested in Dubai with the help of Interpol.
However, Inspector General Sindh Police Fayyaz Leghari had claimed to have no knowledge of the arrest.
The Supreme Court of Pakistan on Jan 1, had taken notice of the murder of 20-year-old Shahzeb Khan, the son of a serving police DSP and had directed the authorities to produce the accused in court.

The Sindh police acting on the orders of the Supreme Court had contacted the Interpol and had sent two of its high ranking officials to Dubai to seek Jatois custody.

I think he is just eloborating the characteristics of a leader and presenting a view, that a leader is one

who should be able to perform more than expectations and it can only be done that if he takes bold

and unconventional decisions through his vision in order to acheive broade abjectives.

Dubai refuses to hand over of Shahrukh Jatoi to Pak police

Authorities say the accused cannot leave Duabi due to legal hitches.


KARACHI: According to Dubai authorities Shahrukh Jatio cannot be handed over to Karachi police because of some legal complications.

Shahrukh Jatio is wanted by Pakistan police in connection with the Shahzeb murder case.

Dubai authorities were of the view that the documents of Shahrukh Jatoi were incomplete so he cannot travel to Pakistan.

According Dunya news, the accused is below the age of 18, and secondly he has committed the crime in Pakistan, not in Dubai.

Due to these legal hitches it is not possible for Dubai authorities to hand over the accused to Karachi police.

However, authorities have assured that the accused will not be allowed to leave Dubai.
