چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری نے کہا ہے کہ شاہ رخ جتوئی کو 10 جنوری تک گرفتار کرکے سپریم کورٹ میں پیش کیا جائے بصورت دیگر آئی جی سندھ ذمہ دار ہوں گے۔
چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری کی سربراہی میں سپریم کورٹ کے بنچ نے شاہ زیب قتل کیس کی سماعت کی، دوران سماعت آئی جی سندھ فیاض لغاری نے شاہ زیب قتل کیس کے حوالے سے اب تک کی پیش رفت پر مشتمل رپورٹ پیش کی جس پر عدالت نے استفسار کیا کہ رپورٹ پرانی ہے یا نئی،ایڈووکیٹ جنرل سندھ نے جواب دیا کہ رپورٹ 6 جنوری تک کی کارروائی پر مشتمل ہے۔
اس موقع پر چیف جسٹس نے کہا کہ پولیس نے غیر ذمہ دارانہ رویہ روا رکھا جس کی وجہ سے ملزم فرار ہوگیا، جس پر ڈی آئی جی سندھ نے کوتاہی کا اعتراف کرتے ہوئے ملزم کی گرفتاری کے لئےعدالت سے مہلت مانگ لی۔

چیف جسٹس افتخار محمد چوہدری کا کہنا تھا کہ کسی کی عزت محفوظ نہیں رہی شاہ زیب تقریب کے بعد اپنی بہن کے ساتھ واپس آرہا تھا جب اس کی بہن کو بھی چھیڑا گیا اورشاہ زیب سے معافی بھی منگوائی گئی کیا ہماری معاشرتی اقدار اتنا گر گئی ہیں، انہوں نے کہا پہلی سماعت پر ہمارے سامنے کہا گیا کہ ملزم ملک میں ہی ہے اب کہا جارہا ہے کہ اس نے اپنے پاسپورٹ پر سفر نہیں کیا۔
ڈی آئی جی ساؤتھ شاہد حیات نے عدالت کو بتایا کہ سی سی ٹی وی فوٹیج حاصل کرلی گئی ہے، انہوں نے کہا کہ ملزم شاہ
رخ جتوئی کے متحدہ عرب امارات جانے کی اطلاع ہےاس نے کسی اور نام سے سفر کیا، عدالت نے 10 جنوری تک شاہ رخ جتوئی کو گرفتار کر کے عدالت میں پیش کرنے کا حکم دیتے ہوئے سماعت ملتوی کردی۔
اس موقع پر میڈیا سے بات کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ ایس ایس پی فاروق اعوان کا کہنا تھا کہ عدالت نے شاہ زیب قتل کیس میں نامزد ملزم سراج تالپور، سجاد تالپوراور ملازم مصطفی لاشاری کا 10 روزہ ریمانڈ دے دیا ہے، ان کا کہنا تھا کہ آج ہماری پولیس ٹیم دبئی جائے گی تاکہ ملزم شاہ رخ جتوئی کو گرفتار کر کے جلد از جلد عدالت میں پیش کیا جاسکے۔

His father, Sikndar Jatoi, must also be arrested like Talpur's father, for hiding him, helping him to run away from justice and for lying and misleading police and media. This is also a crime and he must be punished for that. Allah will have mercy on us and fate of our people and country will start to change for good Insha Allah, when the wealthy and the powerful from among us will start getting punished for their wrong doings, as Aallah's Messenger, our beloved Prophet (PBUH) has commanded us to do. To say in other way, when there will be equal justice for all. Please vote for Imran and like him who are clean and honest and struggling to bring justice in our society.

DUBAI: Dubai police denied on Tuesday reports alleging that Shahrukh Jatoi, one of the prime suspects in Shahzeb Khan’s murder, has been arrested in the emirates, Gulf News reported.
Jatoi was not arrested in Dubai on Monday, despite claims by some Pakistani media outlets, said an official from the Dubai police.
The Sindh police, acting on orders from the Supreme Court, had contacted Interpol and sent two of its high-ranking officials to arrest Jatoi and bring him back to Pakistan for trial.
Talpur in custody
Nawab Siraj Talpur, another one of the prime suspects, has been remanded into police custody for 10 days.

On Monday, Anti-Terrorism Court-III judge Ghulam Mustafa Memon granted the physical remand of Siraj, 22, his 21-year-old brother, Nawab Sajjad Talpur, and their 23-year-old cook, Ghulam Murtaza Lashari, until January 16.
