Shahzain Bugti visits MQM headquarters

KARACHI: Leader of Jamhori Watan Party (JWP), Shahzain Bugti along with a four-member delegation of his party visited the headquarters of Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM), at Azizabad here on Thursday.

The JWP leader met with the members MQM Rabita Committee,Yousuf Shahwani, Kanwer Khalid Younis, Wasey Jaleel and AshfaqMangi, said a statement issued by MQM.

The JWP delegation also condoled with the MQM leaders on assassination of their party leader, Dr. Imran Farooq.

They discussed overall socio-political as well as Balochistan situation during more than hour-long meeting.

Shahzain Bugti was accompanied by other members of the JWP including Jahangir Shah, Mahar Jamal Bugti, Farrukh Malikand Mukesh.

Among others, Joint Incharge MQM Karachi Mazafati Organizing Committee, Aslam Baloch was also present.

Later, they also offered fateha for slain leader of the MQM, Dr. Imran Farooq.

Jamhoori Watan Party leader Shahzain Bugti has said that some elements wanted to start a violence in Quetta and he will hold long march today. Meanwhile, ban has been put on arms carrying in Quetta, Sukkur and Karachi and all arms licenses have been canceled.
Talking to media in Karachi, shahzain said that efforts would be made to stop long march but they will not succeed. He said that long march would be hold at any cost and he will start long march from tomorrow. He said that he is hopeful that the government would not create hurdles in holding long march.
It is pertinent to mention that the Balochistan High Court has granted the bail of Shahzain and 26 others on submission of surety bonds worth Rs 500,000 each. The grandson of the late Nawab Akbar Bugti, Shahzain and 26 others were arrested by paramilitary troops of the Frontier Corps at the Buleli check post when they recovered a large quantity of arms and ammunition, including anti-aircraft guns, on December 22, 2010. Shahzain had announced that he would hold the long march to rehabilitate the people of the Bugti tribe who had been displaced during the military operation launched by former president General Pervez Musharraf.

Also, if you carry weapons in your car and get caught, you are not asking for rights. You are going to commit some terrors. May be bring down a plane with anti aircraft gun? may be do some other pro India terror?

The right way to ask for your rights is to stand up, run for office, and fight in media, politics, lobbying etc
