In order for this to be "fixed", the following would've had to happen, at the exact same time, in the exact same manner:

1. the bowler would've had to bowl the perfect delivery,
2. the batsman would've had to edged it exactly (you can't do it on purpose)
3. and then, what you're saying as "fixed" (and some people are saying is very "basic"), would've happened.

Let's see, what are the possibilities for all of this to have happened in the exact same way? None.

Therefore, it's not fixed, just poor cricket (BTW, there is such a thing, athletes, suffer from jet-lag because of travelling, lack of sleep in their hotel-beds that they sometimes have to share with those that "snore", etc... so it could've been any of 50 things but "fixing")

it might be possible that helmet ke waja say eye fix na huwey ho, lakin considering his track record ziyada chances hain keh fixed he ho. besides fixation keh liye zaroori nahi keh biyaan krda 3 sariaat lazmi hoon. yeah individual mamla hai keh agar catch aya toh nahi krna, ya koey bhe aisa kaam jis say haar sakain (as an individual effort).
