There are many!
The best one is the Lebanese مطبخ یا کریم near See Strae (Straenbahn Haltstelle) opposite of Lidl.
That is the BEST one!
Their Shawarma was LaJawaab, only for 2€, the lowest price I ever found in Germany.

If you come out of Leopoldplatz (U bahnhof) on opposite side of Karstadt, there was a Dner shop (Kaplan), I was not sure if their Dnerfleisch was Halal, so I always bought Falafel (it is for vegetarians) from there (about 3€). Their Falafel once broke my molar tooth, and I had to visit the Zahnrztin (her clinic was on See Strae - Mller Strae corner, near Matbakh Ya Kareem).

On Nauner Platz there are two Turkish restaurants (one is a Kabab/Grill haus, and other is a Pizzeria), both are Halal.

I have no idea about "Automation and Control Systems", in France the Milan university Politecninco is well-known for architecuture , and few years ago the nanotechnologies master was part of an international programm.
