NAZIM KARACHI ISSUES SHOW CAUSE NOTICE TO THREE OFFICERS.

Karachi. June 19: Nazim Karachi Syed Mustafa Kamal has issued show cause notice to EDO Works & Services and two other officers of city government for committing negligence in the discharge of their duty and for providing wrong information.
The officers have been directed to submit their reply within three days or they would have to face further legal action including suspension from service and other disciplinary measures.
According to details while reviewing the condition of the newly constructed corridors from central command and control room on Friday, Nazim Karachi took serious notice of the barren and dried up green belt near Nazimabad Underpass and issued show cause notice to DDO Parks Department /In charge of Corridor-I Abdul Hameed Khan in which he was directed to submit the causes of negligence in the maintenance of greenery and plantation at the corridor.
Nazim Karachi also issued show cause notice to EDO Works and Services Rasheed Mughal and District Officer S.M. Taha for providing wrong information about the cleaning of storm water drainage system at the Nazimabad Underpass. The concerned officers had a few days back reported City Nazim about that the completion of work of cleaning of the storm water drainage system at the underpass whereas the same had not been done by them and the town administration was doing the job.
