Another important point, every time i have seen that the visit of Shahbaz Sharif is always purposeful and fruitful, he used to visit foreign country whenever he has a lot of agreements pending or some concrete thing to discuss. This has also been mentioned by the Chinese. He never go like Zardari used to go twice or thrice a month and i have never heard of any remarkable achievements...just for photo session and waste of public money............presidency ke tu us ki latre nikal ae hai........us ka mood hai jitna ayashe kr saktay ho karo............pata nai phir kabe moka milta hai k nahen...........

ISLAMABAD: Hamza Shahbaz has ventured into the businesses of poultry, dairy farm and poultry feed in a big way after textile, sugar, steel and trading, his declaration of assets and liabilities filed with the Election Commission of Pakistan for the year ending on June 2010 shows, writes Tariq Butt.
Those in the business that Hamza has started describe him as king of poultry feed in Punjab. He has the largest investment in the poultry feed as is evident from his statement.
An unsecured loan of Rs500,814 has been shown in Hamzas declaration against the name of his father Punjab Chief Minister Shahbaz Sharif.
Hamzas assets swelled by just Rs583,191 compared to what he had declared in 2008. Now, he has estimated his net assets at Rs211,080,295 as against Rs210,497,104 two years back. The value of his wifes assets remains the same at Rs2,500,000.
Hamza, who had run the Sharif familys business in hard times when it was in exile in Saudi Arabia, has shown investments valuing Rs116,198,850 in fourteen companies. But he owns no house, no car.
Their details are: shares valuing Rs6,238,850 in Chaudhry Sugar Mills; Rs1160,000 in Ramzan Sugar Mills; Rs1,162,000 in Hamza Spinning Mills; Rs3,443,000 in Muhammad Bakhsh Textile Mills; Rs50,000 in Kalsoom Textile Mills; Rs3,030,000 in Hudabiya Paper Mills; Rs875,000 in Hudabiya Engineering; Rs100,000 in Khalid Siraj Industries; Rs10,000 in Madni Trading (Pvt) Limited; Rs10,000 in Madina Construction Company; Rs100,000,000 in Sharif Feed Mills; Rs10,000 in Sharif Poultry Farms; Rs10,000 in Sharif Dairy Farms and Rs100,000 in Ramzan Energy Limited.
Hamza has an amount of Rs3,720,976 as cash in hand and a bank balance of Rs6,512,578. He owes seven unsecured loans of a total of Rs92,227,028. They are Rs1,000,000, Rs500,814; Rs588,735; Rs73,019,279; Rs6,000,000; Rs5,246,600 and Rs5,871,600 in the names of Mrs Shamim Akhtar, Shahbaz Sharif, Mrs Javeria Ali, Sharif Feed Mills, Sharif Poultry Farms, Madni Trading Company and Madina Construction Company respectively.
The declaration put the total value of assets at Rs214,938,456. After deducting a liability of Rs3,858,161 of Ramzan Sugar Mills, the net wealth comes Rs211,080,295. His wifes assets include 50 tolas of jewellery valuing Rs900,000, cash and prize bonds of Rs1,000,000, and furniture, fittings and articles of personal use of
Rs500,000.

Money is what gives you the power. You can get people out of pverty by having a good infrastructure where yor industry can flourish. And good infrastructure needs roads, electricity, gas etc. So yes 120 MW electric project is an awesome thing. Faisalabad is literaly gone down , all the industry is either close or will be closed. So this is a good thing for millions of poor in punjab.

Shahbaz Sharif after giving photo-ops infront of Shanghai metro, was only able to show a non-starter electricity plant on dam, which would take 2.5 years to be operational, which means it won't be completed and thus would look like all the incomplete projects in the past. The Chinese gesture was moving in this regard[dream of a Lahore metro], off course Khadim-e-Aala does'nt think beyond aalaa commission for himself, before giving a go-ahead for such a project:

Of course, in the ultimate analysis, the cooperation serves the interests of both. The receiving state benefits in terms of development or by tiding over a crisis situation, and the helping state stands to gain in terms of goodwill and friendship. Pakistan and China, which celebrate 60 years of the establishment of their diplomatic relations this year, can look back with a sense of great satisfaction on the glorious chapter of their cooperation that covers different fields.
Two separate press reports underline the Chinese desire to help the neighbouring countries. Chief Minister Mian Shahbaz Sharif, on a tour of China in search of Chinese investment, met with an extraordinary gesture of friendship from Chairman Export and Import Bank Li Rougu when he said that he was ready to soften the terms of loan for investment in Punjabs infrastructure, energy and other sectors, assuring cooperation in Rawalpindi and Lahore Ring Road projects and small dams in the province. The Pakistani delegations excitement touched a new pitch as Chairman North Industry Corporation Zhao Gang announced that his company would not make any profit out of the mass transit project in Lahore. The sincerity in evidence in the Chinese help over the years prompted Mian Shahbaz to observe that had Pakistan fully benefited from such offers, it would have now been standing on its own feet. It is hard to dispute the point.

Let's see what pakistan already has.
1- It is a nuclear power ( and everybody on earth throw dirt on us)
2- We have one of the biggest God given energy reserve in terms of coal (we are getting electricity from others)
3- We have God gifted water resources but most of the Pakistanies do not have potable water.
4- We have a lot of fertile land but food is not afforable for the poors.
5- We have huge Copper mines, but we cannot even manufature a power cord of our own.
Pakistan has everything except for Honest leadership. Electricity is not our issue, it is literacy and the slavery of poor peoples living in the villages. If badmash brothers were honest with the people of Panjab they would have introduced land reforms in the province, based on Islamic principles. Where land is owned by the one who harvest the land. Just this step can make Pakistan self sufficient for food and you will have so much abundance that no body will go hungry to bed in the whole country.
The politicians of Pakistan behave with the people like a Pharos behaves with Israelties. Their moto is, feed the nation enough so that they can survive, and keep serving us. And every now and then show them a trick to amuze them, like Yellow cabs, Highways, Tandoors and an apparent ride on Bike without guards.
The prime example of this hypocracy is infrastrucure of Karachi, can it save the life of the citizens ? Has it made Karachi any safer for investors?

Punjab has been holding more pathans then the entire kpk. And they have been doing every business here with out any intervention. Baloch have merit seats in punjab. And they kill punjabis in there own province. Sindhis are living in millions all in the areas close to sindh.
Taasub hai har sooba main. If punjab ever started doing it every one will get back into there senses.

We do not need hydro power plants ..... might we will be less of hydro in future...... as hydro is useful for many things, including irrigation, supplies, industrial resources, try to generate power by using alternate resources dear like solar energy, wind energy, and may be increase in producing energy from nuclear power plants. hydro is not a bad resource at all, but we will face shortage of hydro in future... not we, but also India ..... and might be we will have a next war on Water Resources ........ Think outside of the box .... it is what the TIME demands today ......
