In university i used to play online games to relax. While i was in my hostel room playing, i think it was Starcraft, one of my class fellows from gujrat walked in. He said that these games are childish pass times. He considered computer games trivial and useless. I did not reply at that time but let me clarify something to you all.
Starcraft has sold more than 20 million copies. On average at 30 USD per copy, it has earned 600 million only from these sales. I think Another 600 million from merchandise and online services. Thats more than 1.2 billion USD. And its still going strong.
The company that has made this game has a yearly revenue of 2.4 billion and employs 5000 people. This is ALL I.T. There is no material input (except man hours) and you get massive output. Do you know what our annual national export is ? Only 24 billion. If we calculate, Those 5000 people are worth more than 20 million pakistanis in financial output terms. In other words, one man from that IT company is equal to 4000 people like my class fellow from gujrat. And yet he has the arrogance to say games are useless.....
I am 1000% certain that no N-leagues can comprehend the potential of this field. Nor can they grasp the prospects of space programs, paper money less societies, etc.
They can only think about their ‘galli’ their ‘gutter’ their ‘thana’ and their ‘court-kacheri’. Iss say agay ki in kay pass koi salahiyat nai. Iss say agay in ki dunya nai jati.
Iss mulk ko chalana in logoun ka kam nai jo computer kay spelling bhi na jantay houn.
Rakhay inhoun nay iPhone X houn gay par siri say punjabi mai baat kartay hain. Chalatay yeh Mercedes hain par marcedes kay spelling in kay baap ko bhi nai atay houn gay.
I wish we had the same courage that the Iranis had. They rose up against their rulers and now they are a strong nation.

I have been waiting for their IT policy.
Agriculture can never bring significant increase to export and tourism will also take a long time to establish.
IT is the hope. We are already too late in the game but there is still lots of potential.
We need to create armies of expert in IT and new innovative technologies like data science and Artificial intelligence and robotics.
