i know this happens when u give some plugins and mods facility to users. on PEAK time u can disable the Plugins and Off Peak time if u like to give facility to users u can enable few plugins...
Mentioning Plugin should use lot of resources and as i can see u are also not using VBSEO so there should not be More load on ur server and it should handle website very easily bcoz i have played with VBulletin Plugins and vbseo

We have a pretty heavy server and it should be handling everything quite easily. It looks like these mods are malfunctioning or need optimization. The guys who created these mods are looking into this, hopefully they will come up with something.
