CJ has told AG, President Zardari has to comply with the request from SC and submit his response in Memogate case. He cannot claim to have the immunity from responding. To claim immunity he has to approach SC and claim Immunity with valid reasons.
In my considered opinion, no President in the world can have immunity to be prosecuted for Treason and acting against the vary state it is heading. These are not valid grounds for asking or claiming immunity. If Presidents could be awarded such immunities, then they would start committing treasons without any fear of being caught and prosecuted. What PPP is doing is killing the Politics in Pakistan completely by their illegal and criminal activities and approach.
Pakistani society is so bent now that most of the Journalists are trying to blame the State of Pakistan rather than the politicians who commit treasons in small and bigger matters. Why we cannot understand simple logic, in a society if you start condoning treasons and crime by whoever, the society would breakdown like it is happening now in Pakistan.
On top we have low mentality and low personality Journalists who always try to blame the Military instead of these corrupt and ineffectual Politicians. If Military does not interfere they will sell Pakistan tomorrow for the right price going to their bank accounts. Take the example of Zardari "The traitor" you don't have to go far.
More absurd is the claim by Asma Jahangir in the SC yesterday, Haqqani is under armed guard and she cannot approach him. WOW, I say WOW, was she claiming the PM has made him a hostage?
Haqqani cannot even talk to his lawyer immediately without she going through access procedures which could take up to 2 days according to Asma?
Is he kept in Guantanamo? who is holding him captive? Is he kept away so he doesn't go and deal with the Judiciary to become a witness against Zardari and open up the whole plans hatched by traitor Zardari?
Why the media didn't picked on Asma's submissions to SC?
