I also think same.
but the word drunk is a past form of verb on its own, you don't have to add 'ed' at the end, so yes he is 'drunk' :)

Yeh bhai saab maa ka doodh bayan karna bhool gayay
because maa kay doodh pee kar insan ghairat mand hota hai , akalmand hota hai , wafadaar hota hai , aur bahadur hota hai ...
shayad esi liay in saab politicians nay maa ka doodh nahi peeya .
aab aap he batayay keh in nay kis cheez ka doodh peeyar hai ??

What a person experiences after consuming a large amount of alcohol, symptoms include:
Lack of Balance and Inhibtion
Finding everything funny
A feelng of complete relaxation
Frequently urinating
Falling asleep anywhere
Wanting to eat things that are F*%king delicious.
Shamlessly coming onto any girl around you.
A good example of being drunked is
NIALL BRADLEY
When "drunked" Niall demonstrates all these symptoms and at the maximum level wheras others may only demonstrate a few.

dil pe mat le yaar....language ko language hi rehne do.. agar itni hi nafrat hai angrezi se to angrezi main comments hi na diya karo...galat bolnay se acha hai jo zubaan assan hai uss main baat ki jay........app ka kawwa sufaid hi hai bhai...maan liya.....
