Why does the Pakistani system depends on individuals to declare the assets whether its the politician or any common citizen ?
In Year 2020, shouldn't the very institutions responsible be fixed so we don't rely on individuals to declare. the respective institutions should automatically come in action, if they find any evidence of any financial corruption/ kickback.
FBR should have criminal investigation Unit and it should by law take help from FIA to investigate any alleged corruption. If these processes already exists, then PTI government should enforce these and fine tune these laws to close loopholes.
