In case the government loses cases in the SC, then it risks losing Rs. 470B, instead of Rs. 240B that it was willing to lose in out of court settlement. The moronic media anchors will then again be blaming the government for not going for out of court option. Just watch!

Why would the government lose?

The corrupt organisations took money from people of Pakistan. Hire a lawyer like they did for Panamaleaks and IKs own cases and then see the magic happen.

Also do what Irshad Bhatti said. Stop the judges salary saying until the tax money is paid by these organisations, government doesn't have money to pay you then see how these harami judges give justice.

Pakistan has become a joke.

The story is more complex than what it appears to be. Some companies collected money from public and paid to the government, others collected money but never reimbursed the government, and yet others collected money and cooked books to show as if they have paid. The previous governments have also colluded in siphoning off some of this money. This has raised some serious legal issues, which could tip the SC decision either way.

GIDC issue is there from 2011, PTI tried to resolve it outside courts as there are already two decisions against the Govt by SC. The barking machines of NOON's media cell started a propaganda.
