You'll know when the investment will come, be patient. Keep in mind that in last 5 years only $12 billion FDI came to Pakistan (China included) out of which UAE only had $425 million. He also have the UAE govt. to fix minimum wage for Pakistani blue-collar workers.

Question is were the expenses justified or not??
