Why Chief Justice getting involved in government decisions? My sincere advice to all insafians --- PLEASE DON'T DO THIS.
First, come what may we do not slur the Justices and second, this is exactly what the opposition parties want --- to pitch us against the CJP.
Please don't do this and do not get into this trap. This will be the BEST favor from all of you for Imran Khan.
Thank you.
His is zero in his own domain, loves to interfere in other/government matters , have not seen a political judge more than him beforeWhy doesn’t he reform judiciary?
We must not speak about CJP like this after seeing his enormous fantastic services for the country, give him benefit of doubt, he will have some fine clarification if asked.Condition of Khyber Pakhtonkuhawa is worse than Sindh, says Chief Justice.

Chief Justice of Pakistan Justice Saqib Nisar said on Tuesday that the condition of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa is worse than Sindh.
The apex court under the CJP was hearing a case related to disposing hospital waste in the province. KP Health Minister Hasham Inamullah Khan and Additional Attorney General also appeared before the court.
During the hearing, the CJP inquired about the amount of waste produced and the number of incinerators to dispose of it.
The top judge also asked the method through which hospitals gather waste and then dispose it.
DG Health Commission told the court that government hospitals gather 173kg while private hospitals gather 63kg of waste. He further said that 27 private hospitals have incinerators installed.
“What have you done so far? This is your second tenure,” said the CJP to thehealth minister KP.
Provincial health minister Inamullah Khan responded that he is as sincere to his work as the honourable judge is.
To which the CJP said that he values the sentiment, however, there is 3000kg of waste not being incinerated.
While wrapping up the hearing, the court directed the provincial minister to present a report within 10 days as the matter is directly related to the health of the public

ISLAMABAD: Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Mian Saqib Nisar on Wednesday expressed bewilderment over the government taking credit for enabling overseas Pakistanis to exercise the right to franchise for the first time in the country’s history.
Justice Nisar said it was the Supreme Court that granted the overseas Pakistanis the right to vote in the recently held by-elections “but credit is being taken by the PTI (Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf) government”.
The CJP expressed these views twice on a lighter note in two different cases.
First, he spoke during the hearing of a case concerning non-availability of basic facilities in private hospitals. And then during the hearing of a suo motu case related to dual nationality of lawmakers, the chief justice told senior PTI leader Hamid Khan that the SC had given overseas Pakistanis the voting right but his government was taking credit for it.
In 1993, overseas Pakistanis were given the right to vote and it was made part of the Constitution. The expatriate community got their right to cast vote after 30 years of the promulgation of the 1973 Constitution.
The parliamentary committee on electoral reforms deliberated on this issue for five years since 2013 but could not reach a consensus on the issue of giving online voting right to overseas Pakistanis. Source
Why Chief Justice getting involved in government decisions?
Why not reform judiciary?
Why he keeps saying Imran khan should be fined for bani gala land it’s not registered. He followed all the rules when he bought that land 30 years ago now cda has taken over that area. That’s not his fault.
Why he was saying he should get credit for over seas voting not pti. Imran Khan has been campaign long time ago. Can you please talk to Chief Justice to stop being silly and do judiciary reforms poor people are suffering

Imran Khan has no issue on his remarks, so why to create a anti CJP atmosphere, we should have some moderation not just DO or DIE
I 100% agree with you, CJP has done wonderful things for Pakistan and he deserve respect for that, he deserve every benefit of doubt in his statements if not clarified. And IK has no problems with his any statement, we must not disrespect CJP and create a nasty environment. My sincere advice to all insafians --- PLEASE DON'T DO THIS.

He has been a blessing for PTI. Stop acting dumb and playing in the hands of Nooni media cell who is trying to create a rift bw PTI and CJPLet that dog bark. He's going to be put down in 2 months inshaAllah
I think people taking IK light in coming months every one will stand in line don't worry. IK comes from whole new level...
You know what's funny is that pti followers are complaining about the same things pml-n followers used to say in past.
Take him as a blessing for PTI govt. He is pointing out serious mistakes which could cost them their vote bank. PTI needs to be on their toes sorting out public issues otherwise their situation will be worse than PML N and PPP

To pitch us against the CJP and what? How is that going to benefit PMLN?
This CJP is another person that patwaris love after Nawaz sharif. He destroyed the legality of Panamaleaks and made it a folklore, a myth. Pretty soon he will legalise Zardari corruption.
After Nawaz n Zardari, he's the next criminal of Pakistan
