His liver was completely shattered. Pretty much every part of his body is broken. When they brought him in, his left foot was barely hanging to the body and was almost off. He had two surgeries so far and it is only two of many. The doctors are still figuring out what else is broken, as I said before, his whole body was broken BUT the good thing is that his situation didn't get worst, its about the same. Breathing and BP are a bit normal now. They waited 24 hours for that, so they could operate.

They are still calling him critical but keep praying. INSHALLAH, he will recover.

He is the only son and his parents are obviously devastated. They sacrificed everything in their lives, so he could get better education and he didn't disappoint them, just finished 2 years of phd and only had two more to go.

Liver was shattered but the bleeding stopped, so it was ok. Liver is an organ that grows itself so inshallah he'll be ok.

Yes, even if it is left only 25% it regenerates itself.

Alhamdulillah, He is out of danger. They removed ventilators today and he spoke for the first time after one week. InshAllah, he will be ok now. Just a long recovery time.
