Well, abort landing and/or missed approach is a defined procedure and it happens around the world on daily basis. A number of factors contribute in abort landings, e.g. heavy side and/or tail wind, an obstacle, high speed approach, not properly aligning with runway, missed ILS signals or command from the ATC (Air Traffic Controller) to name a few.
One cannot get to commercial pilot status if he/she cannot control a missed approach procedure. Every airport has a defined missed approach procedure to follow. Few of the parameters are: take off altitude, hold altitude, hold pattern, way points, hold speed etc.
If PIA pilots cannot even follow any specific international codes then why are they even flying. I have done missed approaches myself, so whats the big deal about it?
