Jazakallah - we must all aspects of the Life of our Holy Prophet. My beloved Prophet pbuh was also a politician, a general, an administrator, an orator, a thinker, a reformer, a teacher, a mentor, a philosopher, a tactician and my limited education does not allow me to do justice to the most perfect of ALLAH Subhanahu wa Taala's creation.

When will the Pakistani government lift the ban on YouTube?

I think Pakistan is not saying it but their system is not the one that can block selective links. So i guess they are upgrading the system and applying filters to be able to do so. Then i guess they will be able to unblock youtube while blocking only selective videos.
