NO, it was corrupt but not subsay ziada. I have lived in two provinces and traveled to the third one, and have experienced this on many occasions.

sir previous ranking in terms of corruption KPK was no 1 , sindh no2 and Punjab no3 whereas baclochistan was no 4 :) ,

that might be just one off in so many years but trust me my brother, Pukhtunkhwa is easy to manage interms of corruption. Just go and see their police they are so nice and cooperative, compare to punjab or sindh police.

may be u are not aware of it :) , go and ask any of ur relative about police behaviour they will tell u :P , I am sure cause I am in KPK working committe of PTI :) , and we will give our fellow Pakistanis corruption free province :)

It might have changed with your efforts but what i am trying to say is, it will be easy to achieve this in Pukhtunkhwa as compare to other provinces, where you might have to put too much efforts to achieve little.
