سوری اکمل بھائی گھریلو مصروفیت کی وجہ سے نکلنا پڑا - جی تو میں نے لمبا مضمون اس لئے لکا تھا کہ اب ہم نہ اگے بڑھنے والے نقطے پر پھنس گئے ہیں
اپ کو پاس اپنی بات کو سپورٹ کرنے کے لئے کوئی ریفرینک نہیں - اپ مڑ مڑ کے اس پر اٹک جاتے ہیں کہ جج نے یہ کہا ہے جج نے وہ کہا ہے- جبکہ میں یہ کیہ رہا ہوں کہ جن چھے ٹرانسیکش کا ذکر ہے وہ نہیں ثابت کہ تنخواہ تھی یا کوئی پرسنل ٹرانسیکشن

نا اھلی کی وجہ اس نو لاکھ بیس ہزار درھم کی رقم کو بنایا جا رہا ہے ان چھے ٹرانسکشنز کو نہیں- کہا یہ گیا ہے کہ اپ کے پاس ٩ لکھ بیس ہزار درھم ہیں جن کو آپ نے ڈیکلیر نہیں کیا - کہاں ہیں وہ ٩ لکھ بیس ہزار درھم - جی اس کمپنی کے پاس نہ وصول شدہ تنخواہ کی شکل میں

تو جناب الیکشن کمیشن کی ویب سائٹ پر نومینشن فارم موجود ہے جس کا لنک یہ ہے تو آپ بتا دیں کہ کس جگہ یہ لکھا ہے کہ نہ وصول شدہ تنخواہ کو ڈیکلیر کرو ؟؟؟؟؟؟

کیا کبھی اس سے پہلے آپ نے کسی پارلیمنٹرین کی تنخواہ کو جو وہ اسمبلی سے لیتا ہے جو اس کے کرنٹ اکاونٹ میں جاتی ہے - اس تنخواہ کو اثاثہ بنا کر پیش کرتے دیکھا ہے ؟؟؟؟ چند مہینے پہلے الیکشن کمیشن نے سب پارلینٹ ممبرز کی دولت کی ڈیٹلز کو پبلش کیا - آپ مجھے کسی ایک کا نام بتا دیں جس میں اس کی تنخواہ کو اثاثہ کہا گیا ہو - پی ٹی آئ سے ہی کوئی مثال دے دیں - عمران خان اور اسد عمر کی ہی مثال دے دیں

راجہ صاحب آپ تمام نکات ایک دفعہ ہی سمیٹنا چاہ رہے ہیں
اس طرح نہیں چل سکے گا

I admit this is first time I have seen. I am not sure about its authentication but i will not refute it until it is investigated by court to be authentic or not.

But the stamp here is not as the stamp on the letter from aljubail free zone.

This is another issue which is yet in limbo and following has been written about in it news

The stamp used on the Free Zone administrator’s letter has noted an additional line “Government of Dubai” mentioned in it which is missing in other stamps. As a matter of fact, the free zone is a separate area and it is an offshore jurisdiction. Bearing “Government of Dubai” signature will technically transform it into onshore jurisdiction with all laws applicable which isn’t the case. Variation in logo’s placement has also been noted. It is on the right side in other letters whereas on the left side on the letter received by the JIT on July 4, 2017.

Sajhassan I will not argue with your notion that NS does not deserve Justice and he deserves what he has been promoting. I can understand it comes from the personal anger and frustration which we make about others (obviously through very valid reasons). I will also not right away refute that there may not be any decisions which courts have given in favor of NS which damaged oponents.
Biggest example I can see is the decision given in favor of NS when he was ousted by Ghulam Ishaq Khan. And Benazeer did not get that level of justice. No I cannot deny that. You are right.
But there are also the examples of decisions not in his favor. One is plane hijacking case (of SSG Choha Musharuf) and just recently the SC endorsed the decision of HC Lahore against Shareef family sugar mills which were transferred to southern Punjab.

Just want to elaborate few points here:

1. In my last post I clearly mentioned “My biased opinion” about NS, but my bias is not due to personal anger or frustration, it is my calculated opinion.

2. Plane hijacking case can be referred as a bad decision (as it was framed by Mr. Musharraf and it was his presence and pressure on courts which actually cased that bad decision) but it was the same case in which he was given relief by Ex CJP Iftikhar Chaudhry as it could not be heard because it had already been time barred. So according to mathematics (-1+1=0) it becomes Nil.

3. Sugar Mills Case: well well well, so my brother thinks that it is another wrong decision or a biased decision against Shariff Family. I would love to hear your arguments about that.

Raja Bhai, I admit that I am not bothered about Shariff Family's sufferings and plights due to this rotten system or courts because Shariff Family never bothered about sufferings of a common man. Fact is that they always got benefits from this very system. They had many chances and much support to change the system but they preferred to stuck to it just because of their own benefits and to oppress their opponents. But I am definitely bothered about you and your sufferings (for being a common man like me). And I am certain that Shariffs, Zardaris, Mullahs, Thullas, Judges and Generals are least bothered about our issues and sufferings.

Okay I can never carry the burden of crying over the sugar mills of shareefs. Believe me I will never take myself down that low. I just gave you one example that came in my mind.
And I was not talking about the corruption scandal of ramzaan sugar mill. I was talking about their old mills which they moved to sugarcane belt of southern Punjab.

Okay I can never carry the burden of crying over the sugar mills of shareefs. Believe me I will never take myself down that low. I just gave you one example that came in my mind.
And I was not talking about the corruption scandal of ramzaan sugar mill. I was talking about their old mills which they moved to sugarcane belt of southern Punjab.

Now I am sure that if you have only one shot to shoot you will shoot IK. Man you casted only one vote and it was against IK. Oh Paa Jee, tussi saday naal ik percent vi agree na karo, I respect your opinion. I am not bothered about IK too. I agree there are bigger challenges, but things have gone far beyond priorities now. Like they say, nahin wasday ghar bad neeytan day.

I have to edit it cuz I forgot to mention one thing: apart from priorities and willingness, capacity is the biggest hurdle we are facing and will keep on facing.

Nheen yar I will never shoot IK. I would love IK to come out victorious from the current problem he is in court and stay in the mainstream. When i said you will add the name "Khan" in that list, that was because of that 40% over expectation that we have. IK will be the last in the current line of politicians who i will suspect for the clean Niyat and honesty. But I am talking about only the Niyat not the abilities.
Yes niyat is the biggest thing but the ability of properly thinking means a lote. I will just give you the example of Bhutto. The way i read & learned about him, he was as popular as IK is. And he tried his best to win the hearts after his election in early 70s. But his ventures (or i will call as dare devil stunts) of caring too much and too quick for the poors caused the full stop to the glittering industrial growth of this nation.
