Bhai, Nooner Ishaq Dar has already played that game with IMF and World Bank in the past. Pakistani government had to pay for his crime in the shape of millions of dollars.

He is a habitual criminal. Haven't you seen the BBC documentary, which stated that he had been pulling up criminal stunt from his youth while a student in the UK. He is a hardened criminal.

Well, this govt is doing IMF's bidding very nicely. IMF told them to inflate the price of dollar by buying dollars from the open market. SBP immediately bought $125 million from the open market, inflating dollar to 107 Rs. And now last month, the reverse of that happened, and dollar dropped to 98. Manipulative economics.
IMF told them to raise taxes. Ishaq Dollar immediately raised taxes on the poor, who are alreayd paying taxes. In the meantime, the rich were given tax breaks!
So Ishaq Dar is a perfect IMF rep in Paksitan. IMF is not interested in Pakistan's economy. They are only interested in getting money back with interest.

Check the last sentence where he says that "It seems that the current government will fulfill their promises" Means they are acting upon IMF dictation...:)
