you are right brother but i am not like many to speak or write without thinking. i don't have much info about Indian salary structure . i would love to make this table as well. if you have some info about indian army it would be of our great help.

Free education: this free education is only departmental. It does not give him any other benefit as individual or after service. Department is getting benefit by training him
Air travel/ railway fare discount: 50% + tax is paid by the army person. How much it makes ?/? More than 75% of the total fare. So he only takes discount of 25 %. That is only for 2 times a years. Sometimes he doesnt go on leaves due to any commitment or compulsion. And many a times air/ railway routes dont suit him.
Batman: army has to go to the training areas and postings are very often as well. They dont stay at one station like other departments. They need a servant to look after them.
Free residence: this is because of their frequent postings. and the house lies the government property, not the officers' own personal house. officers are posted from one station to another after every 2 years.
Once they report at a station, they join waiting list for accommodation, and they usually get accommodation in 3-4 months depending upon the station and month of the year they report at the station. For every posting what happens to their luggage, U should imagine, or u should ask from truck drivers.
Special messing facility: yes they enjoy messing facility. They pay for every thing they eat at the end of each month. And they also pay for soaps, cutlery, tissues and there are compulsory subscriptions for garden, lounge and up-gradation as well. Extra mandatory subscriptions may reach more than 700 rupees a month( which is non-refundable)
Housing pension: yes pay for it. It starts from the day they register themselves for housing scheme by paying some amount in the beginning around 50,000 and then every month, they pay more than 5000 throughout their service. And at the end of the service, with some difference of the total amount calculated, they get a house after the adjustments.
Separate office: office is only for appointment holder not for all. In a unit generally there are 4 appointments. So there are 4 offices, rest all officers can sit in a tea bar/ study room for sometime.
Phone number: this is not a land-line /civil number. This is an official phone used only to call in army units nowhere else.
C-130: On how many stations this service is available????

1. army officers have to be available for the duty 24 hourly. Lecturers leave college at specified time and they come on the next day. Do they ever report at midnight in the colleges for some routine activity??
2. Army officers cant run a separate business.(other than some very specified business like shares). Lecturers run academies and run their personal business. They can earn money and make home for themselves.
3. Army persons love the country just like other citizens but they lay their lives to protect solidarity, integrity and honor of the country. Families of the lecturers are not worried about the safe return of lecturer home.

پاکستان پوری دنیا سے جدا نہیں ہو سکتا میری دلی خواہش ہے کے اساتذہ سمیت ہر شبعے میں تنخواہیں زیادہ ہوں لیکن کسی بھی شبعہ زندگی کا مقابلہ اُن شعبہ جات سے نہیں کیا جا سکتا جہاں جان جانے کا خطرہ ہو دنیا بھر میں قانون نافذ کرنے والے اداروں اور دفاعی اداروں کے ملازمین کی تنخواہیں عام شعبوں سے زیادہ ہوتی ہیں اسے لائف رسک انسینٹو بھی کہا جا سکتا ہے۔ویسے تو یہ تھریڈ ن لیگ کی ’’فوج نفرت پھیلاؤ‘‘ مہم کا حصہ ہے اور اس بدنیتی کی وجہ سے اس کا جواب دینے کی چنداں ضرورت نہیں لیکن عام افراد کو گمراہی سے بچانے کے لیے عرض کر رہا ہوں۔کوئی بھی شخص دنیا کی تنخواہوں کے نظام کا جائزہ لے لے اور انڈیا سمیت کسی بھی ملک کی فوج کی تنخواہوں کا جائزہ لے تو معلوم ہو گا کے پاکستان آرمی بہت کم قیمت پر اپنی زندگیاں فروخت کر رہی ہے۔

Sadly, Pakistan is a military-warlords' state. Pakistan was hijacked by the British controlled army following the Indo-Pak War 1947 - 48. The way Quaid-e-Azam was mistreated and thrown in isolation (in Ziyarat Residency) and was denied proper treatment in England etc, showed the beginning of influence of the so called Pak Army which was basically British controlled military. Britain and perhaps other Western powers were not happy at Quaid's decision of going to war with India over Kashmir. First PM, Liaquat Ali Khan faced Rawalpindi Conspiracy from them and ulitmately was assassinated the way Benazir was assassinated (obviously at the hands of the same military backed 'Taliban').
CIA agents like Ayub Khan were hired to fail the politicians; Governor generals Ghulam Muhammad and Iskandar Mirza became a tool of Military Mafia. Prime Minister / Ambassador to the US, Muhammad Ali Bogra was also hired. Finally the CIA puppet Ayub 'captured' Pakistan illegally, scrapped the Constitution (being a traitor) and gave Pakistan into slavery of Americans from the British. Americans were provided with Badaber Air Base of Peshawar for 'routine operations'. In return, Ayub became richer and richer, Pakistan Army got modern weapons, but Americans - the white skin daddies of mentally enslaved soldiers stabbed in the back and supported India. If you look back in the history of Pakistan, you will see that Pak Army always came to help it's Spiritual Father, United States of America. Americans needed our army in the beginning of the Cold War; they found a dirty slave called Ayub Khan. Americans wanted Pakistan to come back to the American camp, now they used Zia-ul-Haq. Americans wanted to fight the War on Muslim Countries (War on Terror), they hired Parvez Musharraf. So Pakistan's Military Mafia has been serving Americans more than they are serving anyone else.

Pakistan's Military Mafia is the most corrupt organisation as its corruption can't become public. Even if their corruption stories happen to leak, they deal with them the way Raheel Shareef handled some corrupt military officers lately. 'Punishment' in army means losing the job, that's it, and return the money. But if politicians or bureaucrats fall into corruption, this Military Mafia uses some slutty politicians like Imran Niazi, Tahir-ul-Qadri and Siraj-ul-Haq to destabilise the political system and pave the way of military dictatorship or military controlled democracy (as of Zardari's previous government).
In Pakistan, people join army not to serve the nation, but to become rich, socially influential and powerful and reach the status which is above the law. There's little difference between this Military Mafia and feudal lords. Both have empires which they protect as their prime responsibility.
Serving at Siachen doesn't make them heroes as Indian Army is also posted there; then Indian soldiers should also be heroes? IDF (Israeli Defence Force) also fights to defend its country.
