Pakistan is moving in the right direction. We need to have multidimensional relationship with Russia and CIS states. We must deepened the current agreements in military to military exchange involving joint exercises and training as well as technical training and educational programs for Pakistani civilians in Russian institutes. Our economic and trade has a great potential and we must request Russia to invest in oil/gas and other projects.
As far as buying weapon from Russia, it's still in earlier stages for any major weapon deal. It might be possible in next few years when economic condition improves.
