Brother, call me crazy if you will, but its a conspiracy by the US to its sponsored govt of Zardari to destroy our institutions. Zardari hold back payments. As soon as there is a severe protest or long march, you will see him release the money overnight to pacify people and derail protest.
1. They meaning the US, are mixing mind controlling substance in the water purifying plants that bottles water. You know that from a clerk to a TV anchor is drinking out of bottle.
