IK and TUQ are not doodh peeta baccha that they did not realise that doing this could lead to some violence as well...that is why they are to be partially blamed in my opinion as well....

no where, my point is that IK and TUQ know or ought to have known that this will happen...and in that regards, I can't call them blameless...

Well by ur logic, should i assume that no matter what ever injustice happens to us, we should sit dumb because then oppressors would punish us for raising our voice?

I m asking the question again... Nawaz shareef did same against ppp then why it is illegal to do the same against nawaz shareef's dhandli?

I am not Defending them , but if in this country it takes about a hundred thousand people to go to Islamabad to Get Justice for 14 people killed by the State itself what else can you do?

As Mr X said.

If you cant die for it, keep the Word freedom , Out of your Dictionary.

so, what's the solution you would like to present, if may ask.....

Only today a girl committed suicide in Gujranwala because she was gang raped and she was looking for justice for the past 4 months... I don't have words to explain this tyranny.....

Can you go to British or american parliament like this as it is no ones personal jageer.

Can u win by dhandli like that done by nawaz shareef in British or amreekan and then stand by it shamelessly? Can u kill more than 10 people by the terrorists of punjab police on orders and CM and does not allow FIR to be filed in amreeka or Briton?

If i had the same views as of Huma, then i would say, She should keep quiet otherwise the rapist would kill her or her family and if rapist by any chance harms her or her family then she is partially to be blamed for that as she raised her voice against injustice and it was BOUND TO HAPPEN....

Just because Model Town incident happened, doesn't mean that people have lost their right to protest........ I am just hearing it on ARY that, Government has ordered to arrest the wounded in the hospitals. :13:

This is what i tried to explain earlier when Huma said IK and TUQ are partially to be blamed for all this that for past 2 weeks nothing happened and today when govt started shelling to save their back then violence was inevitable and it is initiator to be blamed FULLY not the one who retaliated...

I agree.... What did they do for 17 days? They remained peaceful, or am I wrong..... Even before leaving for the protest outside the PM House, PTI and PAT leaders clearly directed their supporters to remain peaceful. People who stood for 18 days in Tehreer Square were they wrong too............. Is Protest their democratic right or not...... Officials sources say 7 Dead, 140 injured so far.

PTI, PAT chiefs directed marchers to move the sit-in towards the PM House.

ISLAMABAD (Dunya News) – At least sixty five people were reportedly injured as the police used teargas and rubber bullets to disperse Azadi and Inqilab march protesters as they move towards the Prime Minister House.
According to the Polyclinic Hospital, out of the 65 injured, 5 are media personnel and 4 are policemen.
Reportedly, the protesters are carrying sticks and are advancing towards the Prime Minister House.

Evidence suggests marchers were armed, claims Khawaja Asif

Defence Minister Khawaja Muhammad Asif said that protesters will be dealt with an iron hand. He said that the state institutions could not be left on people s mercy. He said that the issue could no more be resolved through talks.
Police used rubber bullets and tear-gas shells at the protesters to disperse the crowd. 6 prople got injured in the incident.
Protesters pelted stones at the police in return. It was also reported that two of the officials got injured being hit by rubber bullets.

Chaudhry Nisar arrives in Red Zone

Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan has arrived in Red Zone to examine the situation.
Speaking to the media on this occasion, Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan said that the protesters wanted to occupy the sensitive buildings and the police had to secure the buildings.
"I and the police officers have taken oath of allegiance to Pakistan", said Nisar. He said that protesters wanted to occupy PM House.

Peaceful sit-in to move outside PM House: Tahirul Qadri

Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) chief Dr. Tahirul Qadri has said that the ‘peaceful’ sit-in by PAT will now be shifted now to PM House.
PAT chief said that the protesters will now demonstrate great patience for seventeen days and now, showing their exemplary peace, they will move forward and will stage the sit-in outside Prime Minister’s House.
While announcing the shift on the sit-in outside PM House, Dr. Tahirul Qadri prayed for the safety and success of the sit-in. He said that Pakistan Muslim League (Q) leader Chaudhry Shujaat Hussain and Sunni Ittehad Council (SIC) leader Hamid Raza Khan were only at the sit-in for the poor.
“I am peaceful. I stand for peace, patience, democracy, anti-terrorism and anti-violence”, said Tahirul Qadri.
Following the directions, participants of the sit-in started to march towards Prime Minister House.
Government sources had earlier claimed, according to Dunya News, that if the marchers will not be stopped with force.
Earlier, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan had visited Red Zone and had examined the security situation of the area near PM House and Parliament House.

Imran Khan directs protestors to move towards PM House

Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief Imran Khan on Saturday told the ‘Azadi March’ participants to ‘step ahead’ and move the sit-in protest towards the Prime Minister House, Dunya News reported.
Addressing the participants of the sit-in in Islamabad, Khan told the marchers to step ahead, adding that the male members of the sit-in will lead while the female members will follow.
He said he is a democratic person and that it is people’s right to protest outside the rulers’ residence. He cited his protests outside British Prime Minister’s house and the ones outside the White House as examples.
Directing his address towards PTI president Javed Hashmi, Khan said he tried to keep the team together just like a captain does. He assured Hashmi he would never do anything to harm democracy and democratic system.
Earlier, PTI chief said that they had requested the prime minister to step down from the premiership for as long as the investigation continues.
Imran Khan questioned "isn’t the democracy in jeopardy when the PM lies on the floor of the parliament?"
Any nation can accept any sort of a prime minister but a liar, he said.
The Sharif dynasty has vested their money abroad and urged the people of Pakistan to bring their money to the country, he added.
Khan insisted and invited all the people to come and join him for the sit-in for the sake of their ‘own future’.

[h=4]Government spokesperson confirms arrest of several people[/h]

There is no peaceful solution possible....those who make peaceful change impossible make a bloody revolution inevitable :( but TUQ and PAT are not our saviours...they are not worth getting dead over...
