حلقہ پی پی 149 سے مریم نواز کے کاغذات نامزدگی چیلنج​

پاکستان کے صوبہ پنجاب میں عام انتخابات کے لیے حلقہ پی پی149 سے مسلم لیگ ن کی چیف آرگنائزر مریم نواز کے کاغذات نامزدگی چیلنج کردیے گئے ہیں۔

مریم نواز کے کاغذات نامزدگی کو الیکشن کمیشن ایکٹ 2017 کے تحت چیلنج کیا گیا۔

مریم نواز کے کاغذات پر تحریک انصاف کے امیدوار حافظ ذیشان رشید نے اعتراضات اٹھائے ہیں۔
اعتراضات میں کہا گیا ہے کہ ’مسلم لیگ ن کی چیف آرگنائزر مریم نواز عدالت سے سزا یافتہ ہیں۔ مریم نواز کے کاغذات نامزدگی پر تصدیق کنندہ کا نام ہی موجود نہیں۔‘

اعتراض میں مزید کہا گیا کہ ’مریم نواز کے گوشوارے کے صفحے پر بھی دستخط موجود نہیں۔ ‘
اس کے علاوہ ’کاغذات نامزدگی پر دستخط شناختی کارڈ والے دستخط سے مختلف ہیں۔ ‘​

Who is Nani 420?

Maryam the Nani 420 has a glorious history of dishonesty: She started cheating as early as her school days, got enrolment in King Edward medical college with much 'less than the required marks' through her father PM Nawaz’s influence but was ultimately kicked out of college when the plot was disclosed.
In Nov 2013, she was appointed by her father Nawaz as chairperson of PM's youth program (without any experience or credibility) which was challenged by PTI in LHC & when asked by the judge about Maryam's eligibility, her attorney presented her credential in court as M.A. in English literature followed by Ph.D. in political science (?)

Which was questioned by the amazed judge & eventually embarrassed attorney withdrew the academic credentials resulting in Maryam's resignation from the post with disgrace.

Maryam cheated on her own parents, she eloped with Chowkidar Safdar at midnight & her whereabouts were unknown for a pretty long time.
Ultimately she got married to Safdar & the baby was born just 4 months after her marriage.

Granny Maryam Nawaz along with Pervez Rashid was the architect of Dawn's planted story (Dawn Leak) This false story had risked the vital state interests through the inclusion of inaccurate and misleading content which had no relevance to actual discussion and facts.
Later she was pardoned by then COAS Gen. Raheel Sharif at the request of her father Nawaz.

Investigators in the Panama case...noticed that documents handed over by Maryam Safdar in the Avenfield apartment’s case were typed up in the font Calibri.
The documents were dated 2006 — But the Calibri font was only made commercially available in 2007, thus leading to suspicions that the documents are forged.
Ultimately the court decided that the trust deeds were fake and had been tampered with.

On 6 July 2018, she was sentenced to 7 years jail term and a two million pounds penalty by the NAB on corruption charges in the Avenfield reference case & was disqualified from contesting the election for 10 years.
