lakin wo ghalat keh reha hai....
i know k the purchase rate from Rental power plant is very high lakin jo baat per bahes ho rehi thi...uss per Faisal salhe hayat ...ghalat keh reha hai
Raja saab nain apni safayi achi byaan ki....
although there were much more better solutions available instead of Rental power plants. but he clarified really well.

I think, faisal in his last minutes try to raise the main point, about the available power & purchased power there was difference of 2.5MWATT (if i remember right) in July 2009 , he was showing PEPCO website document.. Raja pervaiz ashraf was wasting too much time.. About 18.1 percent benchmark or reference tarrif, i think faisal point was correct as raja pervaiz said himself that the pricing can increase if furnace oil pricing increases.. So there are many doubts need more clearification..
