I have never seen a chief of army staff of any country personally giving a guard of honor to a secy/ministererial level official of any country..... regardless.
This is a height of TC.

Pakistani Army chiefs have a history of lacking ,balls'. Zia perhaps was the last chief to have some but what the gringos did to him in the end have make the rest shit-scared. The most incompetent ones were the intriguers. The example of Mirza Aslam Beg who wanted to impose a state of emergency and become a Martial law Administrator. He was basically a coward and chickened out at the last moment. Take the example of the sad sack Haji Baghlol and the current Hafiz who should be making decisions for the country . What he is doing is looking after the interests of the robbers and his own retirement pool of plunder just like Baghlol. It is the misfortune of this country that Army chiefs are very brave when dealing with Pathans and Balouchis but when India is mentioned they fart like it is July 4th celebrations in New York.
