If they are not on duty they must be trailed in civil courts ... ya Gen sari zindage gen he rahta hai ... ??? It can be mukmuka practice also .. so that civil govt may not have access to them ... but i guess let wait for more details and the final verdict from army court, I should not get the impression that im against Pak Army by any means ... infect i served for five years in Pak Army but i do feel that army is more then 90% resposible for the current state of this country ... phir woh wopping budget hoo jo inhain deya ja raha hai .. ya phir dictators hoon jo army ney produce or support keya ya phir NRO ko facilitate karna hoo ... Woh jamhoriyaat jis ko tabbah he khud keya aaj us ko bachaney main itni sincerity ka mulk he dao pay lag jayee ... baat kuch hazam nahi hoti ....

I never knew a retired general could be reinstated. I have a feeling that they have been reinstated on behest of the army. I am willing to bet that court martial will easy on it and will exonerate the generals. That's the reason army has taken over their trials.

case is very simple. why is army doing so much drama of reinstating them . just let the courts decide

these douches are retired then why they cant be prosecuted in civil courts now
