Thanks Talat very nice and informative programme, Mr.Javaid Laghari gave lots of input about "HEC". Fed govt should keep the HEC programme alive because lots of our students are depending on this, disolving it mean immense loss to this nation.I agree with mr.Laghari that many many students studying on govt scholarships will not come back to pakistan and it will be a tremendous brain loss to the nation.There is research going on in almost every sector of the economy which will be affected too.someone have to pay attention to this matter immidiately. I guess Shahbaz Sharif should also get some information about HEC before going nagative on it. There is less than 5% waste in it and if someone plagiarise the research paper which is usually happen in foreign countries too,its on very very small scale,should not make it a big deal but rather keep this programme going.pakistan already spending less than 2% on education which is already lowest in this region.Pak should cut down other non-productive expenses and spend more on health and education to make inroads towards progress.

why our govt is trying to destroy this wonderful institution which is back bone of higher education in this country. May Allah save us from morons
