Need Help.....How do I get my content published?

Recently i have written few short stories and some ghazals
I want to get these things published
Kindly someone suggest "what are the best digests that encourage new writers and there is chance that your work can be published without sifarish"...??

Self publish or Web publish, Paper publications are dying, let them die.

Web is the future or look into Apps for Android and Iphone/ipad.

Self advertise on twitter, facebook, instagram, and forums like these.

When you have enough of a following then self publishing can make you money.
