From all the videos and pics it seemed that the watch that he was wearing and the one people were claiming that he was wearing were different.

I am clueless about Horology having owned less then 5 till now, and only one being mechanical.
All credit goes to the odd ppl who populate Reddit. I am astonished how he could identify it through such a poor quality picture.Their are literally millions of models, variations of mechanical watches.
Without knowing about movements case numbers, make, model impossible to identify.
When I put it on Reddit I thought it would be impossible for nayone to identify it. But 6 hr later some one did.

If you recall during Kargil crisis when Nawaz went to DC he bought a Philip Patekh watch rumored to be arounf $15,000 dollars. Papers made a huge deal out of it at the time.
I think now if you look at the 90's scandals most look trivial.
I suspect Nawaz was secretly thrilled about the fact ppl thought he was wearing a 4.6 Million dollar watch.
