Now a days Mr Nawaz Sharif and his party is quite vocal against Ex President of Pakistan for doing UNCONSTITUTIONAL acts and demanding a trial under article 6 for Ex President Musharraf for violating the constitution of Pakistan.
Nawaz Sharif and his party is now holding the torch of Free Judiciary even though Nawaz and his party attacked the Supreme court of Pakistan.
I really feel pitty for Nawaz and his party as they are the one who should be hanged for taking UNCONSTITUTIONAL decisions.
In 1998 Nawaz Sharif then Prime Minister of Pakistan made Military Courts in Sindh Province in the name of controlling Law and Order situation but the real motives were to crush MQM the Second Largest Political Party of Sindh and Third Largest of Pakistan for not supporting the 15th Amendment that makes Mr Nawaz Sharif Ameer ul Momineen.
On 17th of Feburary 1999 a Bench of NON PCO JUDGES comprises of
Chief Justice Ajmal Mian,
Justice Saiduzzaman Siddiqui,
Justice Irshad Hasan Khan,
Justice Raja Afrasiab Khan,
Justice Mohammad Bashir Jehangiri,
Justice Nasir Aslam Zahid,
Justice Munawar Ahmed Mirza,
Justice Mamoon Kazi and
Justice Abdur Rehman Khan.
Unanimously declared the setting up of military courts
for the trial of civilians as unconstitutional and without lawful
authority.
The Honorable Bench give the following Decision.
“We are of the view that Ordinance No XII of 1998 as amended up-to-
date in so far as it allows the establishment of military courts
for trial of civilian charged with the offences mentioned in
Section 6 and the schedule to the above ordinance are declared
Unconstitutional, without lawful authority and of no legal effect,”
According to this judgment by the 9 member NON PCO Bench, it is crystal clear that the then Prime Minister (Nawaz Sharif) and President Rafiq Tarar did conduct an Unconstitutional Act, which is declared by the Supreme Court of Pakistan as Unconstitutional and Un Lawful.( It is worth noting that Nawaz Sharif is asking for Musharraf Trial as Supreme Court of Pakistan termed 3 Nov 2007 Actions Un Constitutional and Illegal, the same Supreme Court cited on 17 Feb 1999).
So if Mr Nawaz Sharif asked the Government to try Musharraf under article 6 for doing Unconstitutional and Un Lawful Act then Mr Nawaz Sharif Did the same in 1998 and the Supreme Court comprises of NON PCO Judges gave the same Verdict against Him as well, then He Should be Try under article 6 and should be hang for doing un constitutional Act as well.
Now it is the duty of Civil Society and Lawyers Community and People of Pakistan to ask for the trial of Mr Nawaz Sharif, then Prime Minister who advised the then President Rafiq Tarar to issue an ordinance for setting up Military Courts, which was termed by the Supreme Court of Pakistan as Un Constitutional and Unlawful, Under article 6 for doing an UNCONSTITUTIONAL ACT.
Lets see the so called Civil Society and Lawyers would comes out from the fold of Punjabi Nationalism and ask for Mr Nawaz trial under Article 6 or not.
Nawaz Sharif is really loyal to Pakistan. Atleast now, if he was not in past. But I have no doubt in saying that , He is best amongst all politicians of Pakistan.
People just miss qoute his efforts.
He did alot for Pakistan in his very short terms of power.
In last term he did many things; I am taking names of few such as;
- Yellow Cab Scheme (one can critisie anything abut I still see yellow cabs on road, and peopel feeding their families using those yellow cabs)
- Telephone Privitization ( I rem booking calls to uk 300rs for 3 mins, its fruit of his privitization of telecome that we can make calls to UK , USA and other countries for just one or two rupee per minute)
- Motorway (Thanks to nawaz Sharif who gave us gift of Motorway in Pakistan)
- Roads (Roadworks were at peak in his term, including domestic and Highways)
- Schools and colleges (In rawalpindi alone, sheikh rasheed worked very hard and alot of new schools and colleges were built when he was ministor under Nawaz Sharif Govt). Same Sheikh rasheed did nothing in Mushraaf Govt.
- Price stability (prices were stable in his term and even if there was increase it was minor)
- Loans (affordable and interest free loans scheme for students and small businesses helped many to progress themselves)
- Nuc. Test (despite the pressure of international community he made his decision in the intrest of Paksitan)
He has to be elected again with 2 third majority. Although I have no doubt that Imran Khan is a very good man and wants to do much more for Pakistan. But To be really honest and realisit his team is very weak and he cannot do much alone. In Rawalpindi he gave ticket to KABZA GROUP leader, how can Imran Khan think that he can run this cournty with KABZA GROUPS loosers. In contrast maybe Nawaz Sharif not as patriot as Imran Khan but Nawaz Sharif has Very competitive team to run the country. Nawaz Sharif is more relistic and talks ground reality.
Nawaz Sharif was the one who brough peace to Karachi by punishing Dehshat Gard Groups in Pakistan. Not like PPP and MQM is handling Karachi :( with more viloence.
Anyway.. I wish Nawaz Sharif Best of luck and want him back to power along with his competetive team:)
P.S: Besides all this argument of politians, Who is there for accountablitiy of Pakistan Army Gen's. Army Generals are worst pieces of Human body in Pakistan. They are Gods, no court can order against them, there is no accountablity and no scrutiny for their acts, and what they gave us end of the day? we lost east pakistan, lost kargil war, Proxy war, ordering Pakistan SSG to kill pakistan Bothers and sisters in LAL masjid? , Killing for political leaders such as Akbar Bughti? All playing and entertaining land /grounds become army Flats and housing socities. Shame on them. Pakistan can only be prosper once pakistan Army would be accountable to people of Pakistan. hope new judiciary would gain power to introduce such rules and laws for better of Paksitan.

ell, all these politicians are the black sheep .... and none of them is clean and clear ...... everyone of them have their own interest and they cannot take action against one each other as the other person knows their ins and outs so its all mutual corruption ..... Sheeshoon ke gharon main rehne wale doosroon ke gharon main patthar nahin phenka karte .....other party will come in power and they will spread more corruption and will enjoy Pakistan's resources and money of our poor people and take loans on higher interest from US and IMF .... nothing gonna change man ...... change can be bring by someone whose own character is clean and clear ..... and what do you think guys ...... who is the BEST choice ... We are really fortunate to have him here .... It is a Blessing of ALLAH on us that he is taking interest for the sake of this country and for the sake of the poor people of this country as He is a TRUE Pakistani...otherwise he never need it...... he sacrificed his life for this....his wife left her.... his kids are away he can lived in UK and can enjoy a lovely time with his ex wife(as divorced) his kids .....as he has lot of money....he do not need anything to do for his life....... but he left all just because he love to live in this country and want to spend his time for the betterment and improvement of this country .... in return he does not need anything....might be only smiles and prays from true hearts ...thats all he need ...... nothing else...NOW its our duty to support him.... bring him to power ...... give him a chance ......as he has already done a LOT for this country and NOW its our duty ...please wakeup guys..its time for wakeup .......come-on .....please ......by now I think you got my point of whom I am talking about and its no one else other than IMRAN KHAN .... SUPPORT HIM

Be realisitic Brother.. I am from Rawalpindi and Imran Khan gave ticket to head of KABZA GROUP in election, which he lost worse then before when he stood in election independent. This is what Imran Khan wants to do? to bring all kabza group in parliment? Well No! He doesn't want that but he is having uphill battle in politics to get power and to get right people on board.
I don't doubt that Imran Khan is sincere person but he has no competetive team with him and alone he cannot do anything. There are only three ways to come in Power in Pakistan.
1. From help of establishment (Army)
2. Use Exsisiting party such as PPP and PMLN and MQM as they already establised as politcaal parties in Pakistan.
3. Revolution
Now I do not think that Imran Khan can bring revolution where nation is divided into two main stream parties PML N and PPP. Therefore the only option left with IMran Khan is to join PPP or PML N or MQM and so PML N is most sensible option.
that is why I always say that
PTI + PMLN + ZAID HAMID = Prosper Pakistan
