Its the courts that will ultimately decide about presidential immunity . Nawaz Sharif or others can simply give their personal opinion about this subject.
President has presidential immunity while he also has power to pardon as many crooks as he likes,Gillani continues to stubbornly defy court ruling and has been charged with contempt of court. Like other crooks he too is expecting that president will pardon him.

If PPP led govt is corrupt , then who supported it in 2008.Do not be hypocrite and accept
the truth that PML(N) also supported PPP led govt in 2008.In 2008, all the PML(N) MNAs
voted in favour of Yousuf Raza Gillani for Prime Minister and PPP gave some ministries to
PML(N) leaders in reurn.Can any one deny it on oath? I will praise such devoted supporter
of PML(N). Geo Islam! Geo Pakistan! Geo Imran Khan! Geo PTI Supporters! Vote for PTI only.

Add to that corruption in Motorway giving the contract to the highest bidder. Huge amounts loaned out to his companies during his tenure, some of it without adequate security and then defaulting on the loans. SROs made just to benefit personal businesses. A big example being the withdrawal of duty on luxury cars for a few days to allow the import of hundreds of BMWs. The destruction of Gidani ship building industry for personal benefit by heavy taxation which benefitted personal steel business. These are all documented facts and clear misuse of power for personal gains.
