When I had an operation to install my ICD (type pacemaker). My heart was constantly monitored for the risk of a heart failure. I was not even allowed to move outside heart ward. When you have a heart problem, your body and brain shuts down. I could not eat, breath, sleep properly for weeks, and had barely enough energy to get from my bed to the toilet.

NS must be in situation 10 more riskier than mine. There is only one explaination for him looking perfectly normal, eating fast food, attending meetings giving press talks. He is not sick! Combine that with the fact that no doctor or hospital have said one line about his operation. You my fellow Pakistanis have been made fools by the most desperate person in the world.
