I have seen a house where the floor just collapsed and literally split in the middle with huge gaping hole on one side. I saw the tiles were applied directly to the mud! there was no concrete floor underneath the tiles. It was just absolutely horrendous construction work in BAHRIA Rawalpindi. This was almost 2 years ago.
No Standards are followed, there is no follow up it is all a matter of luck who is the thakedar for the house that one buys there or the plot one buys is also dubious because it could be just a landfill without adequate safety.
