قانون کی عملداری عمر قید دے کر بھی کی جاسکتی تھی، یہ نیا جِن بوتل سے باہر نکالنے کی کیا ضرورت تھی؟

How many other shaheeds were given a "mazaar" in the times of Prophet, Khilafat-e-Rashida, and later in times of Umar bin AbdulAziz and Khaleefa Haroon Rasheed.
Anyways, I don't think there will be a way to deny a mazaar there, but it should be managed and under the authority of the government so that these filthy brainless people won't be able to "cash" it out and won't be able to get any income or MONETIZE it any way.
How many other shaheeds were given a "mazaar" in the times of Prophet, Khilafat-e-Rashida, and later in times of Umar bin AbdulAziz and Khaleefa Haroon Rasheed.

Jhoot ki b had huti hay. App pbuh nay kabhi kisi Badar ya Uhad kay Shuhada ya upny qabar pay kabhi kuee Mazar banay ka nahi kaha.
Iss Namoonay nay aap pbuh nahi bal k kisi Shaitan ku Khwab may daikha huga.

Did I hear him correctly? he sweared on the 'sweat of Mohammad(pbuh)? that is supposedly preserved by him...

It was narrated that Abu Hayyaj Al Asadi said: Ali (RA) sent me and said to me, “I am sending you on the same mission as Allah’s Messenger (PBUH) sent me: Do not leave any raised grave without leveling it, or any image without obliterating it.”
(Hadith No. 3218, Book of Funerals, Sunan Abu Dawud, Vol. 3).

Abu Az-Zubair narrated that he heard Jabir (RA) say: I heard the Prophet (PBUH) forbid sitting on the graves and plastering or building structures over them.

Bilkul sahih , we should avoid accusing people without evidence.
Although in this case his dream goes directly against the teaching of Prophet pbuh.
In any case, No Islamic ruling should be taken from someones obscure dream period.
