There is absolutely no question of hating or loving Musharraf. Those who hold/held Public Offices always remain under the sieve for a close scrutiny. Their life is no more private when they enter a public domain. On the contrarily, your interest in Musharraf stems from the fact that hes from Nehar-Wali_Haveli in Delhi. He was totally unknown even to other Army men (Collective) till elevation to the post of COAS by a wrong selection by then PM; Nawaz Sharif. He rose to hall of fame when he disobeyed orders of the Supreme Commander of Pakistan Forces the Prime Minister and gathered around him key core commanders for a possible coup against the democratically elected Government. Ironically, he was coming back home from Sri Lanka in (PIA) plane and didn't allow the captain to land the Aero plane till he spoke with Gen. Usmani and got it confirmed that Nawaz Sharif Government is toppled. Rule of 'gun' superseded the rule of law and Nawaz Sharif was tried in a special court on a false allegation of "Hijacking the Plane" in which dismissed COAS was traveling. Nawaz sharif was later sent in Exile to live for ten years in Saudi-Arabia under a deal to ensure that no politician can ever challenge the rule of the gun till it's thought to be necessary by the dictator himself.
