I would strongly suggest for everyone to watch it and see how stupid these Mullahs are and they bully the people in the name of belief. In my personal view Islam wants to protect people from false allegation by those who see some couple behind the door and this lead them to start campaign against them for committing Zina that calls for punishment such as stoning to death.
Secondly, it looks as if Islam leaves the matter to the individuals and makes it abhorrible crime in the eyes of the believers and asks them to destain from it. It also instills in their heart fear that if they are caught they may get a frightening public punishment of stoning to death.
Third, it seems Zina with consent is between two individuals and Allah unless four people are witness to it and it may be said that it has been encouraged to hide in absence of witnesses but Zina bil Jabar (Rape) is a different story where forensic evidence should be acceptable as against the argument of Mullahs like Munawar Hassan.

Lets make it more relevant to his teaching , What would he do if his daughter is raped and she has 3 witnesses . Lets say he himself is one of the 3 witnesses, who saw the person who committed the crime. ( Lets say his hands were tied and he couldn't stop the rapist) Now will he ask his daughter to ignore the rapist and go quiet because according to Islam the rapist must not be punished (because there are only 3 witnesses NOT 4 to prove the rapist's crime).

That's what he said. He said , since a rape does not take place in front of 4 people, a rape victim should shut up, instead of making a compliant. How ridiculous ! After General Zia's rule, there were many females who were raped and then sentenced to the prison (Because they couldn't find four witnesses) according to the Hudood ordinance.

My friend, it is not that simple. I have studied law, separating rape with the consensual sex is extremely difficult even in the modern countries. I give you an example, Suppose a woman goes to the cops claiming that she was raped by Mr X. Police arrests Mr. X and find the similar DNA as was testes on the woman's body. Mr X is arrested, Then Mr X claims in the court that it was a consensual sex. (May be he is telling the truth). Now he demands 4 witnesses to be punished. He goes scot-free. Now lets go back to consensual sex topic. Lets say Mr. A enters a house and has sex with Miss S. And they are notorious people who have sex in front of girls family. (They may be exhibitionists :) ) There are 5 people who witness the consensual sex i.e girl's mother, her two sisters, her two brothers. When all these 5 people approached the police telling the Police that Mr A and Miss S were busy in sexual intercourse in front of them . Police will respond that according to the Hudood ordinance Mr. A and Miss S are innocent, Because you have three and a half witnesses. Not 4 to prove the guilt (2 males Plus 3 females = 1 and 1/2 , women are half witness) . What do you say now ? These couple are having sex in front of 5 people (2 males and 3 females ) and are still innocent according to Hudood ordinance? Josh Maleeh Abadi (A renowned Poet) had once said that , the person will not be punished because he had sex with someone outside marriage, he will be punished because he had sex in front of 4 people.
