What is the criteria of declaring someone MUFTI ?
I read and heard Mufti Taqi Usmani, a brilliant , practicing Muslim, humbly telling the right things never threatened to any one.
Yes he might had objections on some issues with Government or some one, but he always discussed and presented his point in a manner, never said we will do this against Government or other threats.
The person who do not respect the law of the land, I doubt he has any command on Islam.
This Maulana said about Mumtaz Qadri who was given death penalty that it was wrong. This is his mind set, he cannot understand the justice system, I am a Muslim I am sunni, but I think if a person like this Maulana get chance to implement justice he will kill every one accept Muslims or his people of his belief and that is against the Islamic teachings. Mumtaz Qadri may be a good Muslim, I will not comment on him he is dead and may ALLAH forgive his sins and keep him in a better place, but what he did was not correct.
All being said this Maulana and every other like him should be checked, tested and banned from calling themselves Mufti or any authority on Islam.

Every liberal likes such scholar who sit back and relax and let the gov burn the society and its moral values. These so called government funded mullahs are the curse in a society. They thinks more about themselves then society and islam.

Why can't Supreme Court takes the same action against this unpar molavi like they have taken against Faisal Raza Abidi. The government must introduce a bill against any person who called anyone Kafir or issue a fatwa for naming anyone Kafir (This must be state's responsibility). Put a ban on any kind of incendiary speech through loudspeaker or by an other means. We as a nation spread the love and peace to each other.

Faisal raza abdi was involved in criminal activities, he has been going to ATC courts rather than supreme court :D

دو دو ٹکے لوگوں کی اب یہ ہمت ہوگیئی ہے کہ یہ سپریم کورٹ کے ججز کے بارے میں ایسی توہین آمیز گفتگو کرتے ہیں۔

اگر توہین رسالت کے قانون کی بات ہو تو میں اس قانون کا حامی ہوں۔یقیناً ایک گستاخ رسول کڑی سزا کا مستحق ہے۔ لیکن افسوس اس بات کا ہے کہ اسی مملکت اسلامیہ میں اس قانون کا غلط استعمال ہوتا رہا ہے جہاں کسی غیر مسلم کا مسلان سے جھگڑا آیا اس نے توہین رسالت کا مقدمہ بنا دیا۔اس طرح کے بے شمار مقدمات عدالتوں میں ذیر سماعت رہے۔۔

آسیہ نامہ عیسائی خاتون کا جھگڑا دو مسلمان عورتوں سے ہوتا ہے موقع پر دو مسلمان اور ایک عیسائی خاتون ہیں۔چوتھا ہوئی شخص نہیں۔ بعد میں یہ دونوں عورتیں جا کر علاقے کے مولوی سے کہتی ہیں کہ آسیہ نے توہین رسالت کی ہے۔ قانون میں گواہ کی بڑی اہمیت ہوتی ہے لیکن یہاں کوئی گواہ ہی نہیں ہے۔
مقدمہ مولوی کی مدعیت میں درج ہوتا ہے حالنکہ مولوی موقع پر موجود نہیں تھا۔ اس نے یہ واقعہ دو خواتین سے سُنا اور دو خواتین چونکہ اس عیسائی عورت سے لڑی تھی اس لیے ان کے بیان میں بائسنس یعنی جانبداری کا شک پیدا ہوتا ہے۔ قانون چاہے اسلامی ہو یا انگریزی شک کا فائدہ ملزم کو جاتا ہےاس معاملے میں حضرت علی کرم اللہ وجہہ کے ایک مقدمے کا ریفرنس موجود ہے جب ایک مقدمے میں حضرت علی سے گواہ طلب کیا گیا تو انہوں نے حضرت امام حسین کو پیش کیا مگر قاضی نے کہا کہ باپ کے لیے بیٹے کی گواہی شرعاً درست نہیں۔ چونکہ حضرت علی کے پاس کوئی دوسرا گواہ نہیں تھا اس لیے وہ یہ مقدمہ ہار گئے۔ حالانکہ قاضی کو معلوم تھا کہ حضرت علی کے جھوٹ بولنے کا سوال ہی پیدا نہیں ہوتا اور فریق ایک یہودی ہے۔ کیا وہ دو خواتین اپنے دعوے کے ثبوت میں کوئی گواہ سامنے لا سکی تھیں؟ چلیں یہ بھی چھوڑیں کیا ان عورتوں کا کردار حضرت علی جیسے تھا؟ یہ کیسی مسلمان عورتیں تھیں کہ پانی کے برتن پر عیسائی عورت سے لڑ پڑیں۔
بہر حال یہ مقدمہ تضادات سے بھرا ہوا ہے۔ اگر ان عورتوں کے پاس کوئی گواہ نہیں تھا تو انہیں خاموش ہو جانا چاہیے تھا۔ اللہ تو حساب لینے والا ہی ہے۔ اگر یہ اسلامی ملک ہوتا اور صحیح اسلامی حکومت ہوتی تو اُن دونوں مسلمان عورتوں کو کذف پر سزا ملتی۔

I realise that since last 3 years this Forum has been made for making People so far away from Athics from Their religion .
The purpose of this forum is only to blame Ullema and the Muslim Peoples of Pakistan.
Some liberals are working hard for this cause on this forum.
They know the aasia is not guilty but the aasia knows very well that she is guilty and already confess her crime but this forum members are trying to make her innocent and trying to collect regard from Mirzaee and europe community.
My simple question is that for all liberals who said Aasia is innocent why Samaroof award announced for her?
why yesterday Gerat Welder ask for her bail?
Is she only innocent and waiting for her bail in this country either lot of other people who suffer daily from these fake courts why they not raise their voice for them ?
they are very worried about aasia but they are not worried about Imam UL Anbiya ,s respect but why ?
when they will be Alone in grave then only personality will come there and how these liberals will ask him for the help ?
