For your question.. WHY NOT THIS SAME REPLY WAS GIVEN TO Dr ISRAR marhoom WHEN HE OFFICIALY ASKED FOR SIMILAR REPLY, that why he had to release that strict press release that Zaid Zaman Hamid have not clearly explained himself to them etc etc..
Next WHY THERE IS NO DATE ON THIS PRESS RELEASE IF THIS IS OFFICIAL.

In the end I would like to shed a light how things could be manipulated and evil perception could be casted.

Indication of Yosuf Ali about presence of more or less 100 Sahaba is taken as if he is regarding people sitting in front as Sahabi.

Thats one perception.

But we (Ahl e Sunnah wal Jamat) believe in possibility of presence of Rasool Allah Sal Lallah o Waslam with Sahab Karam Rizwan Allah Tala Ajmaeen in spiritual gathering.

Therefore doubt could be in Yosuf's statement but Imam e Azam Abu Hanifa Rahamatulla Tala Alaih said once if among 100 things where 99 are leading towards Kufr but only 1 may lead to Eman then my fatwa shall be favoring his/her Eman.

Think about it.

Brothers, I dont like Zaid Hamid because I think he overdoes it and says stupid stuff like Dehli pay jhanda lehraein gay and he event went to declare that Ajmal Kassab was an RSS hindu but he later turned out to be a Muslim. So, he is high and stuff. I have even posted his hilarious 4 men ka show parodies and made fun of him. But, I still feel that he is a patriot and can give his life for Pakistan. He has repeatedly said that he is a true Muslim and he does not believe in any false prophet like Yusuf Kazzab. Then, do you people really think that accusing him of this makes any sense? Please be fair to the guy. I really dont like him because I think he is always on cocaine or something but please be fair to him.

I am sorry to say but Instead of appreciation if you had read the argument than you would not have asked this...........I have already answered it with detailed explanation.
If you do not get your answer from my argument than its not worth to continue this debate.............

By the way the question you are posting again and again is already answered by the verdict of the court (just check the dates of decision of court (2000) and his statement in papers(26march 1997) that you have already posted in the thread).

One thing more you could have found this (material that i have posted, it only demands sincerity nothing special) but you only posted material in favor of yousaf Kazzab! IF you have already made up your mind then why are we waisting our time......

Assalam-o-alaikum
If you are asking my point of view then i will share it, but i cannot speak for others who oppose Zaid Zaman..
In my view i dont think of him as KAFIR. As one brother said i will believe in 1% of Muslim quality in Zaid Zaman.
Now back to issue of rallying behind ZAID ZAMAN & his vision.. Here comes big problem, because as others also posted dubious acts by this person, thats why i dont trust him. This is my right & my opinion, you can disagree or agree with me.
So again its your choice & all others who follow him or admire him, to see the other side of picture & plan accordingly.
As this is times of deception & Dajjal activity thats why i avoid all those personalities who seem to me as dubious or double standards.
Including ulemas, maulanas, scholars, teachers, politicians etc.. Again i am open to hear other perspective from time to time, & if i am convinced at any particular time in future about these personalities then i will change my view.

Now I got your point brother. I thought he had totally distanced himself from the well known Yousuf Kazzaab. But it seems he still believes the guy was just a Sufi saint and not Kazzab inspite of all the evidence against Yousuf. Now, lets shed some more light on this; Lets say despite of being a Muslim himself, Zaid Hamid thinks that Yousuf is not a Kazzab because he knew Yousuf personally, was very close to him and thinks that he was trapped by someone. At the same time, Zaid himself is a practicing Muslim and does not believe in Yousuf as a Prophet but rather as a friend and saint. These are possibilities. To be honest, I've got nothing to do with Zaid so I dont really care too much about him but he does sound like a Patriotic Pakistani. Lets look at him from a political angle rather than religious. Lets look at him as a Pakistani regardless of his religion and faith. Our beloved country is at the brink of destruction and we really need Unity here. I do think hes high on cocaine most of the time though. :)

You have again pasted Mirza’ statement but you didn’t see in the last line “MASEEH E MAOOD and MAHDI E MAOOD”.

Do you know how Qadiani play around with word Khatim?

They mean it as AFZAL and I shall urge you to ask Ulema e AMTKN if someone else has translated the same.

Secondly, Mirza had 12 different claims for himself like Mujadid, Zilli Nabi, Baroozi Nabi, Tashreehi Nabi etc with passage of time.

Example: How do Qadiani trap Muslims.

Initially they ask you if Hazrat Esa Alaih Salam is a Nabi?

Answer is obvious YES.

Then they say Mirza is Maseeh o Maood therefore he is a Nabi.

Now I come to people who oppose Zaid Hamid for various reasons like some people in Karachi just oppose Zaid Hamid for his hard hitting stance against MQM.

Initially people opposing Zaid Hamid will ask you if Zaid Hamid considers Yosuf as Kazzab!

If someone negates it then they say: SEE ZAID HAMID CONSIDES YOSUF AS NABI.

Now my question to you: If someone doesn’t consider Yosuf as Kazzab then it means he/she takes Yosuf as Nabi?

Zaid Hamid has declared whosever claim Prophet hood after Rasool Allah Sal Lallah o Waslam is nothing to do with him.

As far as court judgement is concerned there are many unanswered questions:

For example: Why this matter was not taken to Fedral Shariah Board?

Why court didn’t accept Yousuf denial of scuh claim to be Prophet?

What does Shariah say if someone denies to such claim?

There were charges of Zina against Yosuf, what happened to them?

What does Shariah say if someone falsifying accuse someone for Zina?

Why did court release all those who wrongly accuse Yosuf for Zina?

If people wrongly accusing someone for Zina are eligible to be witness any further?

What was Mian Abdul Ghaffar (Khabrain Representative) understanding of Kazzab?

Didn’t Mirza Ghaffar accepted in court that Yosuf had not made any claim in front of him but still he wrote word Kazzab for him?

There are so many things UNASWERED to this judgement so if you think UNBIASED then you may able to realise how true and fair the proceeding was!

Q1) When did Zaid Hamid say Yusuf is his Prophet? Na’uzbillah

Zaid Hamid does not say that Yusuf is his prophet, because Yusuf did not said that he is a Prophet. Yusuf claimed that he is Muhammad (Nauzobillah) and this is the believe of Zaid Hamid that Yusuf was the re-incarnation of Muhammad saaw (Nauzobillah). If some one claims to be Muhammad saaw, he does not have to additionally claim himself to be a Prophet, because Muhammad saaw is a prophet beyond doubt.

There are eye-witnesses of this belief of Zaid Hamid. Fortunately those eye-witnesses are still alive. Hesham Syed is one such eye-witness. In a meeting with Zaid Hamid at his flat in Pindi, Zaid Hamid told Hesham Syed that you have met Prophet Muhammad saaw, but you did not recognized him.

So once again. Zaid Hamid does not say Yusuf is his Prophet. Instead he says that his prophet is Muhammad saaw, but he believes Yusuf Kazzab to be Muhammad saaw as well together with Muhammad bin Abdullah saaw.

Q2) When did Zaid Hamid say that he is Yusuf’s Khalifah ?

Zaid Hamid has not claimed in public that he is Yusuf’s Khalifah and even if he had said so, it wont have been significant. Instead it was Yusuf Kazzab who made him his Khalifah and declared him his Sahabi in a public gathering at Bait e Raza.

Lets consider that I claim that I am the right hand man of Gen Kayani, this claim of mine will have no significance unless and untill Gen Kayani himself says that I am his right hand man. Similarly, Zaid Hamid’s claim that he is Yusuf’s Khalifah would have been less significant. Instead of that Yusuf himself declared Zaid Hamid to be his Khalifah and his Sahabi – which is far more significant and authoritative.

For references, listen to the Bait e Raza audio speech of Yusuf Kazzab and his Sahabi Zaid Hamid. and also read the letters of Yusuf Kazzab written from Jail to his mureeds in which he instructed his mureeds to do as his Khalifah Zaid Hamid says.

Zaid Hamid proved to be Yusuf’s Khalifah together with Sohail by accompanying him in all court hearings. Writing an article in Daily DAWN trying to re-write history. Defending Yusuf at all forums and even to this day. Watch the leaked video of March 2010 and you will find out that Zaid Hamid was doing nothing but defending his Prophet Yusuf Kazzab. If Zaid Hamid would not have been Yusuf’s Khalifah, he would not have been involved in defending his false prophet 10 years after Yusuf’s death. The fact that Zaid Hamid still defends Yusuf Kazzab, is a testament of the level of Iman Zaid Hamid has in Yusuf Kazzab.

Q3) When did Zaid Hamid say that he is Yusuf’s Sahabi?

Q4) When did Zaid Hamid preach Yusuf or his beliefs?

Preaching is of many types, such as preaching with words, preaching with actions and so on. But the essence of preaching is that the other person should start following or doing what you do.

Prophet Muhammad saaw believed that Allah is ONE and he preached that and all of his Sahaba believed in the same thing that Allah is ONE.

Zaid Hamid believes that Yusuf is not a Kazzab, because he was the re-incarnation of Muhammad saaw and hence can not be a false prophet because Muhammad saaw is a true Prophet.

Similar to Zaid Hamid, all of his fans – who prior to 2008 have not heard the name of Yusuf Kazzab now also believe that Yusuf is not a Kazzab. This is called preaching – i.e. to make others believe or act upon what you believe or what you do.

Q5) Until Zaid Hamid will not curse Yusuf, he is not a Muslim near you, where did this theory come from? Reference from Quran or Hadith?

You are a knowledgeable person, go read the history books and find out what Sahaba RA made the followers of Saja bint e Haris do to make them revert back to Islam.
