Why are u labelling him corrupt, look at the pedigree ,Major General Athar Abbas is a two-star general, His brothers are Mazhar Abbas (works for ARY and headed the Pakistan Federal Union of Journalists for several years), Azhar Abbas (Geo Managing Director), Zaffar Abbas (Editor of Dawn). He is not afraid of MQM and does not need money what will compel him to be corrupt on the other hand Safi was looking all the time towards HR to get his approval but he continually ignored the eye contact, it is a pointer if u think, all of them are his master's voice

because he said that you can confirm it from ISPR. Spokes man of ISPR is general Athar Abbas who is brother of Mazher abbas. So it is quiet obvious why his botha became like this.
