Mustafa Kamal ONCE AGAIN inaugurates Karachi Institute of Heart Des:
Previously it was inaugurated by City Nazim Naimatullah Khan, and after few years it was inaugurated again by new city nazim Mustafa Kamal. It's now third time that city nizim inaugurated the same hospital
