All friends and foes on this forum. Old or Young
I do not like this business of dragging women into these "debates"
EVERYONE of us has mothers sisters daughters and other female relatives
Most of us would put our lives on the line for their honour and safety
Politics is one thing, morality, decency, respect and honour do not mix with politics
What makes us Muslim and Pakistani is the values we hold in our hearts towards OUR women
So no matter how low others may sink, I will NOT support anyone dragging women
mother sister daughter or other into these arguments, to score cheap political points
There is enough to discuss and say without stooping so low, leave it to others
My request to you all,
The ONLY women to discuss here are the ones in active politics, there are plenty
regardless of Party they are fair game, so knock yourselves out, BUT
please refrain from dragging our own mothers sisters and daughters into all this
A mother sister or daughter means as much to each and all of us,
and the posts here add nothing of any value to these discussions and debates
I am old, and my values are perhaps from a previous generation, but I would still call a mother
mother out of respect and honour
I would even call Altaf's mother, mother, and you all know I loathe him

مجھے انتہائی افسوس ہے کہ ہم ایک دوسروں کو کس کس طرح نشانہ بنا رہے ہیں۔
میری درخواست ہے کہ اپنی اس روش پر ٹھنڈے دلوں سے نظر ثانی فرمائیں اور اس کو ترک کریں۔
مجھے پنجاب سے محبت ہے، اور پنجاب میں ہرگز گھر گھر میں مجرے نہیں ہو رہے ہیں، بلکہ دیارِ غیر میں رہتے ہوئے پنجاب کے فیملیز سے ایسی ہی محبت اور اپنائیت ہے جیسا کہ کسی کراچی کی کسی فیملی سے۔
مجھے فقط پنجاب کے جاگیرداروں اور سیاستدانوں سے پرابلم، ۔۔۔۔ اور فقط یہ لوگ ہیں جن کے متعلق ہے کہ وہ مجرے کروا رہے ہوتے ہیں۔
وسیم اختر صاحب نے بھی جب یہ بات کہی تھی کہ "پنجاب کے گھر گھر میں مجرے ہو رہے ہیں"، تو انکا مقصد یہ ہی کہنا تھا کہ نواز لیگ کے جاگیردار سیاستدان اپنے گھر گھر میں مجرے کرواتے ہیں ۔۔۔۔۔ مگر غصے کے عالم میں انکے منہ سے کچھ کی کچھ بات نکل گئی۔ یہ انکا اپنا بیان ہے جو انہوں نے بعد میں دیا ہے، اپنا بات کا مطلب بیان کیا ہے، اور اہل پنجاب سے معذرت کی ہے کہ انکے منہ سے غضے کے عالم میں غلط بات نکل گئی۔
اگر وسیم اختر صاحب نے یہ وضاحت نہ دی ہوتی، تب میں ہرگز ان کی بات سے متفق نہ ہوتی۔
چنانچہ ایک بار پھر میں اپنی صف میں موجود تمام بھائیوں سے درخواست کروں گی کہ وہ اپنے دل و دماغ کو ٹھنڈا رکھیں ۔۔۔ ہماری جدوجہد اپنے حقوق کا تحفظ ہے ۔۔۔ اہل پنجاب (پنجاب کی عوام) سے ہمارا کوئی جھگڑا نہیں بلکہ فقط محبت و اپنائیت کا رشتہ ہے ۔۔۔۔ ہماری تنقید پنجاب کی سیاسی قیادت سے ہے جو کہ جاگیرداروں اور کرپٹ سیاستدانوں پر مشتمل ہے۔

Why is it always necessary for someone else to clarify what a senior member of MQM said,then it turns into a personal point of view expressed in the heat of the moment.
Someone has to come on a website and say what you heard was NOT what he said but what I say is what he actually said. he was in the full glare ofthemedia outside Parliament

So or so, u ppl are not going to accept it either way, i believe that waseem akhtar should'nt have said that, mqm banned him on the media for some time after that statement, he's guilty anyways.. but brother tell me one thing is this the way ppl should behave??? like they are doing on this forum..??? is this how they think about our women about a Pakistani women??? this is mentally sick , have no words, feeling ashamed of being a part of this society, if this is what u call politics am out of it..!!!
