Please elaborate , what exactly do you mean by RULES OF DRINKING.

You need to know the limits, how muc and where and what to drink. Plus what not to do after drinking

I assume one of the rules might also be then , dont drink and drive and no sale of alcohol to minor, no consumption of alcohol by minor or under age, ETC ETC. right?

All above mentioned things are not frowned upon , They are against the LAW in states, where you and I live.

and just so happens consumption of alcohol by muslims or sale to muslims in Pakistan is prohibited by LAW.

How is that for a rule of drinking

Yes it is available in pakistan and the diff is non sugar sparkling water
.
other cold drinks has plenty of sugar and mineral water had no sparkling on it.

Have we reached this level.....in the USA everyone drinks on campus...before religious moron start jumping, I am talking about non-Muslims....in my third years here never have seen killings done by these drunkerds .....but look at sober brothers who kill their brothers simply they are of different sect....Mulla or religious morons or the guys who drinks.
