"March 23, 2010 ko Pakistan ki takmeel hogi" as proclaimed by Zaid Hamid

Any one wants to share idea what he is pointing at?? It's my own belief that he is hinting about a political party that he in the process of registering.

If he does so, will you support him?

I crossed the floor from MQM to PTI, but between IK and ZH, I find ZH more closer to whom we need. It really is a toss up, difficult choice

Please share your input.

Zaid Hamid is a true example of an extremist.

He is patriot no doubt about it but the way he talks about killing and finishing enemies is just idiotic.

I hope he joins Imran Khan's party or something, as a leader he will make the whole world his enemy

Spot on!

You can't compare him to Imran Khan. Zaid is too negative. I would never wanna see him leading us.

I use to listen alex jones programmes and webster tarpley & all other conspiracy theories when zaid hamid didnt even come on tele & then he start his program on TV1 first he start from religious programs & then he start telling about usa and its intentions they were all same stories which are available on internet but he was translating them in urdu i become a fan of him as well coz of his patriotism but now i hav doubt on him since long time coz he is on something else. Its very easy to talk about patriotism & curse america you will become popular in pakistan within few days coz thats what public demand and if he wil make his own party then it will prove that he was doing all this for this reason but i dont think he will register his own party actually he is preparing a group of supporters and he is gonna divert them in a particular direction as he will get direction from his boss coz he is suspicious.

In Pakistan any thing can happen. Lets see what he means. I like and respect ZH as a person with right feeling of Islam and revolution. Like Alama Iqbal.

Starting new parties is not good idea for us. It is like dividing votes against evils.
He can join PTI and Imran should have internal election in PTI.
It will bring the different people up like ZA .

ZH and IK are the passenger of same train. not a big difference.

Actually there are only two views of life, One is 'Black' and other is 'white'. in between gray area is Munafqat.

but:

1. this is all an assumption that he will announce his party

2. Does he not make sense to us with us being an Ummah??

what we need is an inqilab. i dont see any other way in the horizon. The only way we can have an effective govt in Islamabad is by inqilab. IK alone is a nice man, but people around him, if he is elected, will do the same as people around BB (Zardari) did

I hope he joins Imran Khan's party or something, as a leader he will make the whole world his enemy

may be this what pak needs now, a man who knows our history, value and can stand up eye to eye with Hind

Zaid Hamid is a kind of person who makes us see deep into ourselves and sometimes we do not like what we see, as a result we start to dislike who makes us see all that.
Wheather or not he will form a political party aside from that I have not found anything that he says as mouthfoaming or extremist. He has never called for aggression, always talks of a revolution staring from our minds and hearts without bloodshed, speaks of the welfare of the people, understands religion in its spirit not in words only and as yet I have not been able to find evidence contrary to what he has been talking about on issues I have listened to. Other than calling him names please provide evidence for what he is wrong about,I would like to see that.

for Zaid Hamid joining the PTI would have a disaster. Both IK and ZH have worked hard enough to bring their org to where they are. An internal election with PTI just wont work. both will want to lead. Its just notgonna happen. Also neither will allow it

he makes perfect sense to me. he only reminds of Khulafa-e-rashedeen, brings our hopes up, warms our blood, tarpa our rooh. What wrong with that?

I have noticed there are some channels that are spreading disinformation probbaly on behalf of some country, or perhaps our own parties because they see diversion of their youth votes.

My moto has always been: if your enemy dislikes you, you must be good

I have some misgivings about Zaid Hamid's past. He supported Musharraf and lauded Lal Masjid operation. Furthermore, his speeches are just empty rhetoric. It is very easy to watch a television show and listen to speeches but real change comes from action. When one goes out for voting and canvassing votes it is a difficult job. Most youth prefer to live in zaid hamid influenced day dreams rather than get their hands dirty. Real change also comes if we change ourselves rather than blame our problems on the whole world like zaid hamid does. His brand of neo-nationalism is not a solution to our problems. He provides security assistance via his company to the same multinationals he rants about in his shows. For all the Zaid Hamidans (Lutherans) out there here is a quote :
Why of course the people dont want war But after all it is the leaders of the country who determine the policy, and it is always a simple matter to drag the people along, whether it is a democracy, or a fascist dictatorship, or a parliament, or a communist dictatorship Voice or no voice, the people can always be brought to the bidding of the leaders. That is easy. All you have to do is to tell them they are being attacked, and denounce the pacifists for lack of patriotism and exposing the country to danger. It works the same in any country. - Hermann Goering, Nazi leader.

Thats waht Jinnah did, woke up Muslims in India and look where we are now?

As per red : If you do that, we will have to go to tribal living style. We will have no leadership, no country, no govt etc

naaaah given the time, we could use Zaid Hamid. At least he talks straight thru our rich Islamic history. Do we know if Zardari, Gillani, Malik etc even know how to do farz salats, read ayat-ul-kursi, surah yaseen etc?? I doubt it highly

I think I would give ZH a chance.
But this is all a conjucture. I could well be wrong about him forming a party.

With all due respect gazoo martian , Jinnah was a man of action . He also worked towards his goals and he didn't provide security assistance to those he spoke out against.

The quote in red was to show Zaid Hamid's strategy. He focuses on plots against Pakistan and constantly tells us about conspiracies against Pakistan. His followers the Zaid Hamidans denounce anyone willing to question his credentials and ideology by calling his detractors, traitors or munafiqs (being in the gray areas).

I mostly agree with all the islamic injections he uses but intermixing religion with conspiracy theory is not such a good idea. We should form our opinions on clear facts rather than Zaid Hamid's visions. For eg. he talks about conquering India , any defence analyst will tell you modern wars are about gaining the strategic advantage and holding it till you get a strong bargaining position in a truce. All such talks about conquering and fighting may be highly motivational but they lack any trace of reality.

If you want to doubt the current political leadership go ahead be my guest. No complains about that. My only question is how can you be so sure of Zaid Hamid. After all you have only heard his speeches.
