Ofcourse VAT can be evaded. In countries like Pakistan, where businesses do massive unrecorded transactions, it will be very hard to implement such a system of taxation. Even the recorded transactions will be understated if threshold is set. And even if it can not be evaded, all the burden will pass on to consumers and prices would shoot up, which are already at high. Notion of taxation is that it controls distribution of wealth but some people are commiting suicides and some are getting richer and richer, showing violation of basic purpose of taxation. Its time for civil disobedience.

PMLN govt has funds for extremist but neither the big cities are safe from terrorist attacks nor suicides, Ok PPP may be unfavorable for many pro JI,PTI and PML followers here but simple question is why NOT PMLN govt is successful in solving problems of Punjab…Is Punjab more safe and economically viable than earlier???now in current year’s Punjab budget,PMLN govt has alloted 80 Million Rupees for religious Jihadi Organizations like Jamaat dawah which is even banned by UNA and Internationally ill named org.

If Punjab Govt keeps soft and supportive role for such indigenous Punjabi taliban organizations then sooner or later these evils will turn to their own masters first and their people because these extremists are NO friends to any one.The rising extremist tendencies in Punjab is alarming and continuous bad governance from PMLN govt adds more miseries for ppl and this rickshaw driver episode is open secret how much PMLN govt efficient is!!!Now there is NO governor rule,so no one can say that in the absence of CM SS,this could happen as was during SL cricket team attack ..now what do ppl like to say abt CM SS…is there any accountability for him or they only utter hate against PPP.

Although Talat Hussain started by giving the death news of the poor rickshaw driver. But for strange reason the venom was missing from Talat Hussain in his analyis. The situation is gettting very grim day by day, but Talat Hussain must continue with the discussion and programmes which are affecting our daily lives. There should be no let-off for Zardari,Babar Awan and Jamshed Dusti.

TAX payerz like the job persons should also be protected.as per my idea me a salary person z paying tax.wat we get. no transport nothing. our politicians should pay tax.
