Make it mandatory to attend these sessions. Anyone missing 3 sessions should be disqualified. These guys are law makers and you make laws and talk about your constituencies inside these assemblies. If you can't come to a session then what are you being elected for? And they should not be paid a penny for attending these sessions. Pathetic class of rulers.
