As a matter of fact,according to the democratic process , Rental power project should have been decided in the parliament but because of corrupt govt ,it have gone to the supreme court. Again i will ask where the hell is opposition ? Pakistanis will find out the sincerety of this govt when white paper will be issued after they leave.
